Fantastic!

The house is lovely and very comfortable! Spacious, good beds, nice bathroom, hearth with real fire, everything you need is there in the kitchen. We loved the jacuzzi with views on the hills. Ample space to park your car on private ground. Only a 5 minute drive to Durbuy. Very nice owners. We will be back for sure!

Nice modern house for 4-5 people in a less-than-ideal location

Very new, modern and well-equipped house, with everything you'd need for an extended stay. Big enough to spend rainy days indoors, and the jacuzzi is a big plus. Owners are very helpful and responsive, even sent us items we forgot to pack by post. House is well located for daytrips in the surrounding area.

Very busy road in front of the house combined with music from a nearby campsite between 1700 and 2300, so not suited if you are looking for peace & quiet. The 3rd bedroom is extremely small with a bunk bed almost prohibiting the door from opening. Probably ok with small kids, but not suitable for teenagers or adults.

Fijne vakantiewoning, uitgebreid voorzien met koffie ,vaatwastabletten, handdoeken, bedlinnen… Gezellige pelletkachel, jacuzzi Dichtbij Durbuy centrum en goede uitvalbasis voor uitstappen verder in de ardennen

Zalig! Een absolute aanrader!

Het is een heel knus en fijn ingericht huisje. Door de stijl van de inrichting voelde we ons erg op ons gemak! De jacuzzi was ook echt ontzettend lekker. Heerlijke ontspanning.

Prettige woning aan (te) drukke weg

Moderne inrichting, veel licht in de woning, fijn om wasmachine en droger in de garage te hebben. Goede kwaliteit keuken en badkamer.

Kamer met stapelbed was écht heel klein. Geeneens ruimte voor bagage oid. Verkeken op de hele drukke weg, ook ‘s avonds, die veel invloed had op de nachtrust en rust in zijn algemeenheid.

Het verblijf was heel goed, alles was goed bereikbaar en wij hebben ervan genoten!

De locatie was top! Op wandelafstand van Adventure Valley Durbuy was ook heel handig. Bakkerij en slagerij waren ook op wandelafstand (10 minuten stappen ongeveer), de jacuzzi was ook heel top. Bij aankomst was deze goed verwarmd waardoor wij meteen konden genieten. Alles was aanwezig qua toestellen, ook de wifi was top (tot buiten), ruime slaapkamers en badkamer, en veel parkeerplaatsen. Zéér tevreden met de communicatie! Als we vragen hadden, beantwoordde de eigenaren vlot en zéér vriendelijk!

Te veel vliegen… (tip: nieuwe vliegenramen). Misschien even kijken naar de ramen en muren (niet veel maar zeker in de hoekjes) want daar was een beetje vochtig.

Leuk huisje in de buurt van alle mogelijke activiteiten in en rond Durbuy

Het huis is verzorgd, ruim, hygiënisch én fijn om in te verblijven. De jacuzzi is een grote meerwaarde. Het staat op een ideale locatie. Je geraakt makkelijk en snel bij alle mogelijke activiteiten in en rond Durbuy. In de straat zelf vind je het Durbuy Adventure Valley. Durbuy centrum is slechts 2,8km verwijderd.

Enige minpunt is het vocht in de badkamer dat zich snel opstapelt. Altijd een raam open zetten. En het vocht in het gastentoilet.

We hebben erg genoten van deze fijne plek!

Het uitzicht vanuit de jacuzzi is prachtig. Het huis is erg goed uitgerust en gezellig ingericht. Veel ruimte om het huis en de jacuzzi, barbecue en pelletkachel maken het af. De eigenaar reageerde snel op opmerkingen en vragen. Het ligt op loopafstand van Adventure Valley en daar zijn ook oplaadpunten voor de auto.

Het verkeer was goed te horen op een van de slaapkamers. Als je de luiken dichtdoet, dempt dat het geluid en licht van de koplampen.

Heerlijk verblijf, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Eigenlijk beviel ons alles; gezellig ingericht en heel schoon huis, comfortabele bedden, zeer complete keuken, spelletjes in de kast, lekkere bank, lekkere kachel maar natuurlijk vooral de luxe van een privé jacuzzi en ook nog eens met een vrij uitzicht. Een speciaal biertje stond bij aankomst op ons te wachten en toen ik bij vertrek zo dom was om de chromecast te vergeten werd die direct en kostenloos per post naar me opgestuurd.

Als ik echt nadelen moet benoemen dan is het misschien de drukke weg aan de voorkant, vooral in de voorste slaapkamer goed hoorbaar. Misschien kan een nieuw kunststof kozijn met geluiddempend glas hier wel bij helpen. Maar dit is verhoudingsgewijs natuurlijk een grote investering voor zoiets kleins.

Gewoon een super lang weekend gehad, ondanks het iets mindere weer

De pelletkachel met genoeg pellets voorhanden, lekker warm ook bij een koudere dag, jacuzzi lekker groot en altijd warm, zeer leuk welkomstgeschenk, alsook aan mijn verjaardag gedacht. Zo'n ruime keuken, met echt alles aanwezig. De bedden opgemaakt, handdoeken en washandjes voorhanden, zelfs wegwerp-badslippers. Een comfy deken om onder te liggen in de zetel. De drukke weg deert niet, daar je in een diepte ligt. Ik kom zeker terug

mss een leuning aan de jacuzzi, de instap is vrij diep en ik was niet elke dag in gezelschap. Ook de "deksel" op de jacuzzi is vrij zwaar om alleen eraf te nemen.

super schoon en compleet. alles wat je nodig kan hebben was er. Ziet er ook erg gezellig uit en ruim uitzicht. jacuzzi ook een genot!! ook nog super mooi weer gehad dat maakte alles perfect!
