Excellent appartment in a very unique setting and splendid location.

Superb location in the very centre of Durbuy with both a great view outside as well the appartment being located in a very unique building, an old monastery and adjacent church. Makes it very special

Despite the parking spots being only for P+R purposes, 3 cars stayed there without moving at all, making it nearly impossible to get there by car to drop off your gear.

Modern, clean and cozy apartment

The location of the apartment was perfect and the apartment was very clean and modern. Also there where two bathrooms. The communication with Ronald was very good and Sigrid who welcomed us for check in was very kind. There is no parking place but you can park at Topiary Parc, which only cost 9€ for 24 hours and is only 3 mins away by foot to the apartment. We would always recommend Résidence des Récollets to friends and family!

Everything was great - perhaps could’ve included an Iron & Ironing board as these wernt available.

Location amazing, a little bit of work to make the property spot on.

Location was really nice and had a great outlook.

Parking was abit of a problem and the gate should have been managed to avoid others using the area ie key code entrance or something. One of the shower rooms had a funny smell, so much so we didn’t use that shower room. It felt that the property hadn’t been used for a while and the hand wash in the downstairs toilet had been watered down.

Would not recommend despite the great location.

We provided our own breakfast and the kitchen is minimally equipped.

The bed are poor quality and comfort. The pillows seemed to be very inexpensive as they were not offering head support or comfort. The hand soap in the toilet was watered down and one faucet was not working properly. For what we paid to stay at this accommodation, I'd expect more of a 4 star quality. We were also not guaranteed a space in the car park. One night the car park was full upon our arrival, so we had to park elsewhere.

Great place to stay but cleaning must improve

Amazing location in this beautiful small town of Durbuy. Nice 2 floor apartment with well equipped kitchen, very safe area with free parking.

Cleanliness in the apartment should improve. There is a LOT of dust everywhere. Bathrooms/shower are nicely cleaned, but living area and sleeping rooms need more cleaning attention. White carpet in the living room was very badly vacuumed, remote control I found behind sofa bed with some candy papers from previous guest... lot of cobwebs. Very cold during the arrival at 17:30. Rooms were not heated, instead in the sleeping rooms windows were fully open in the winter time. It took a while to warm up the rooms with small heaters. All ok, it's not end of the world but I believe that could change to provide a bit more comfort for arriving guest, especially with small kids. There was very very unpleasant strange bad smell on the corridor 1st and 2nd floor.

Nice location in the Durbuy, but it did not compensate for the inconveniences we had unfortunately...

The apartment was not clean at all! The bedshits were not changed from previous guests!!! The sink in the kitchen was disconnected and we were flooded with water before even unpacking our suitcases...

A lovely apartment in the centre of the old town.

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was super, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. We were met promptly on arrival and given a full and friendly welcome. There is some private parking, which is a little tight but very useful. You can also park in the public parking next to the property. This is an excellent apartment for a family break in Durbuy.

Great location and very cozy apartment

Excellent location with a great view of the anticline from the living room. We actually couldn't get enough of the view. Very cozy apartment. Our toddlers were very happy and enjoyed the stay as well. Apartment was well equipped.

Delightful flat in beautiful town

Really comfortable and well decorated.

Could leave a few more essentials - eg a couple more dishwasher tablets or some washing up liquid. Maybe some salt & pepper

Fijn appartement, midden in het kleine centrum.

De locatie! We kwamen voor de kerstmarkt en dat was echt 10 stappen zetten en je was er. Ruim appartement.

Zeker een aanrader! De badkamertjes waren wel erg klein/laag, maar functioneel. De bank was ingezakt maar dat was pas gebeurd en die gingen ze maken/vervangen zei ze. Het enige was dat de verwarming te laat was aangezet door de host waardoor het niet warm was in het appartement. Maar dat was einde dag beter.

pal gelegen in het centrum. Appartement is netjes en gezellig ingericht. Parking dichtbij. We stapten buiten en zaten op de kerstmarkt

wel weinig keukengerief. Lawaai door kerstmarkt op de slaapkamers. In de living was dit niet te horen.

Bel appartement si correctement entretenu.

Très bel emplacement. Bon chauffage.

Le Nespresso ne fonctionne pas, il a besoin d’un bon détartrage voir être remplacé, la cafetière idem, le frigo la porte ne fermait pas, mon mari l’a réparé pour les prochains locataires. Peu de vaisselle, un verre de chaque sorte…. Mais surtout les We ont besoin d’être nettoyés à fond, à l’arrivée une odeur d’urine horrible dans tout l’appartement du à ce problème. Pas de lavette pour essuyer la table, unique un essuis de vaisselle. Les vitres étaient très sales et des toiles d’araignées. Bel appartement mais qui à besoin d’un bon nettoyage. On nous propose après avoir téléphoné à la concierge d’acheter une lavette et deo we, mais nous n’allions pas chercher après cela, dans Durbuy il n’y pas de supérette, et nous n’avions pas envie de faire des kilomètres pour chercher après cela.
