We stayed here last year, so returned for a 2nd time. We love the house & it works for our family.

The dining chairs are dangerous! If you lean forward when sitting in them it is so easy to unbalance & fall forward. The glass door to the back yard when open is held by a magnetic block. However during our stay the door slammed shut. The magnet wasn't strong enough. This could have trapped fingers or worse! We were lucky that no-one in our family was injured with by either problems mentioned. But another party might not be so lucky!

Such a beautiful home, steps from the sea… large, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen and dining tables with plenty of dishes, pots/pans to cook meals. Clean and cozy with a nice outdoor space to sit… we loved staying here and hope to come back. Walkable to anywhere in Scarborough — we wished we had eaten breakfast at the Rowntree Cafe everyday after discovering it ☺️

The only thing we can think of is that it lacked a bread knife and ice cube trays.

Property was a good location, beautiful building and interiors were fabulous. Plenty of space for our group

Clean and very well presented. Lovely bedrooms, all fresh with comfortable beds.

A bit cluttered but that’s just personal preference.
