La qualité du logement, spacieux intérieur comme extérieur. Superbe vue, au calme. Situé au 11ème étage mais avec un parking accessible par le 10ème. Espace piscine agréable. Literie confortable.
Rien, mis à part la porte coulissante qui donne vers la terrasse qui était un peu dure à ouvrir (mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose).

The location was nice, the house was spacious, and the equipment was ok.
Some little things here and there like the coffee machines and kettle. Also the bali bed in the balcony was a bit dirty and not a bit broken, the bed made little noise. The parking was a bit difficult.

Die Aussicht mit großer Terrasse, aber
Keine Heizung sowie Klimaanlage vorhanden. Aufgrund der niedrigen Nachttemperaturen war es sehr kühl (kalt und klamm) in dem Appartement. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht einem Premium- Appartement. Ergänzung wegen fehlender Heizung, Klimaanlage. Durch den Manger wurde mitgeteilt: 1 Aussage: Dass es keine Heizung auf Teneriffa gibt?! 2. Aussage: Wir sollen doch die vorhandenen Decken nehmen (Anmerkung: Diese waren klamm, alt) Kein weiterer Kommentar.
