Unique and beautiful stay close to Desenzano with a magnificent pool

Unique, beautiful and very calm. The room was enormous and our host was so lovely. Although it was too cold outdoors, the pool and gardens were magnificent.

I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast. There wasn’t anything wrong with it, just not 5 star like the rest of the experience. But don’t let this stop you. I would stay again without hesitation.

Second stay here, and we will go back!

The whole place gives you the feeling of a high-end boutique hotel: the atmosphere, the materials, the spacious rooms - for a fraction of the price. Breakfast is amazing (especially to Italian standards). The pool is huge and gorgous (opens somewhere in May). Very good location, close to the south side of the Garda lake Close to very good (non-touristic) restaurants. The owner is very friendly and helpful

The only remark we have, is that the beds / matrasses are quite hard; our backs hurt every morning (sidenote: we are used to rather soft matrasses).

Heavenly sanctuary villa

Fantastic experience. Most beautiful property, friendliest staff, incredible food recommendations, ideal location to get to Lake Garda and all its surrounding towns with a car. Fell in love with this whole region because of it

Beautiful elegant property with lovely owner. The pool was gorgeous!

The quiet. The apartment. The grounds. The pool. The owner.

Wifi was practically non existent. Ants in the main bed. Air conditioner was not working properly. Did not realize that breakfast was not included. We were put in the self catering apartments. I did know that when I booked.

The comfort of this Agriturismo is way above average. Soft and comfortable beds, a sweet smell in the air and a simple feeling of being welcome. I couldn’t have hoped for a better all round stay.

We are perhaps hard clients to please with food as I am a cook who delights in high quality and high nutrition. The breakfast was really fine and delicious freshly cooked eggs went down a treat. There were also some delicious organic herbal teas on offer.

Perfect B&B, lovely host

We were on our way home and did a stop-over at Lake Garda. We were met by our host and a very very good looking house in a perfect setting. There is a serious pool behind the house, the garden is wide and quite lovely, the furnishing is very well selected and the bathroom was perfect. Breakfast on the patio, family style with other guests, allow for easy conversation. The whole place is very secure, high walls, locked gate and doors.

can't think of anything - maybe drinks in the afternoon like in some of the B&Bs I've been in South Africa would be a great idea. But that's it. We will certainly come back - either passing through or for a longer stay to explore the lake.

Beautiful family friendly house with incredible pool

We had the most wonderful stay with our 9 month old daughter. We stayed in the suite and the room was absolutely huge, bigger than our entire flat in London! The host is so kind and accommodating. She even found an old stroller of theirs for us to use while we stayed at we forgot ours. The pool is also absolutely stunning and the perfect place to relax next to. I would highly recommend,!

An amazing villa, amazing hosting family, best value for money

The villa is amazing, specious, beautiful, quite, spotless clean. You get a private room in practically a small palace. The big pool, the lawn and some outdoor toys made it perfect for kids and parents alike. Francesca and her family (Including cute little Pietro) are generous, helpful and so friendly. The breakfasts were great too

1. We usually take a property with private kitchen. It is sometimes harder for a family to go to a (nearby) restaurant at 20:00 than just cook something fast. 2. It was hard for us to understand the roads around. Lot’s of roundabouts with messy signs, so you have to pay attention carefully. 3. That we had to leave. Really, this is an amazing stay!

Holiday in paradise.

A fairytale villa that is the perfect place to relax after exploring lake Garda. The house, the garden and the pool are only outmatched by signora Francesca and her husband who are very attentive to their guests and give suggestions for visiting local attractions and offer tastings of their own and local products. It's difficult to return to the real world after this holiday, highly recommended!

Wunderschönes Ambiente, da wir im Winter dort waren, konnten wir den Pool und die Terrassen nicht nutzen, aber es sah traumhaft aus. Das Frühstück im geschmackvollen Esszimmer war sehr lecker und die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich freundlich und hat und gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa San Pietro war hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin Francesca ist das Herz des Hauses und mit voller Hingabe für einen da. Sei es beim Frühstück mit frischem Omelett, mit Tipps fürs Parken in der Stadt oder einer Empfehlung fürs Abendessen. Das Highlight ist der Infinity-Pool, in dem aufgrund der begrenzten Anzahl an Zimmern im Haus immer mehr als genug Platz ist.

Rundum perfekt

Es war ein absolut perfekter und wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Gelände ist der Wahnsinn. Das Frühstück ist mit so viel Liebe gemacht und die Besitzerin ist so so lieb. Das ganze Hotel hat eine sehr private und familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir lieben alles daran und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Grazie per questo meraviglioso soggiorno e per il calore.

De locatie, de villa, de tuin, het zwembad, de gastvrijheid, de hygiëne, de parking, alles was fantastisch! We sliepen in het huisje naast de grote villa met ons gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) en ik zou het elk jong gezin aanbevelen. We kwamen niks tekort! We werden bovendien helemaal verliefd op deze plek. Francesca, de vrouw des huizes, is ook zo ontzettend vriendelijk.

Helemaal niks! Het is een paradijs! Wij komen zeker terug!

Wyjątkowo piękny, wygodny apartament i piękne położenie obiektu oraz przemiły gospodarz.

Piękne położenie, na uboczu ale blisko Desenzano del Garda, ze wspaniałym widokiem na wzgórza wokół jeziora. Duży basen, z którego korzystaliśmy niemal sami, ponieważ apartamentów jest na tyle niewiele, że nigdy nie ma tłoku - tak my sami, jak i pozostali goście wyjeżdżaliśmy na wycieczki i zwiedzanie okolicy. Dużo przestrzeni wokół domku, pięknie utrzymana zieleń i kwiaty, miejsce na obiad czy kolację na świeżym powietrzu, starannie i bardzo ładnie urządzone wnętrza. Przemiły kontakt z p. Francescą, która natychmiast odpowiadała na wszystkie nasze prośby.

Wyposażenie kuchni - przydałyby się duże kubki na kawę/herbatę, kilka drobnych przyborów kuchennych typu obieraczka do warzyw czy wyciskacz do czosnku. I talerze czy sztućce mogłyby być nieco bardziej eleganckie, nie takie najprostsze z marketu. Ale to szczegóły, apartament i cały obiekt jest przepiękny!

Un gioiellino sulle colline luganesi!

A Villa San Pietro il soggiorno con mia moglie è stato favoloso. Luogo incantevole. Lo staff gentilissimo. A fine giornata abbiamo approfittato della bellissima piscina. La villa si situa all’interno di un bellissimo giardino, molto ben curato. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera “Glicine”, molto spaziosa, con un grande balcone con tavolino, sedie e sdraio; le parti comuni sono deliziose ed eleganti. La pulizia all’ interno di tutta la struttura è al top!! Consigliatissimo!!
