About this house rental
Villa Susy is a spacious terraced villa located in a quiet and green area of Desenzano del Garda, particularly suitable for those who appreciate large spaces and wealth of amenities.
Starting from the house you can take relaxing walks in the neighboring parks, take the children to play in the equipped parks, take bicycle tours along the cycle paths through enchanting vineyards and places of historical interest.
About 700 meters away is the famous "golden beach".
Nearby is the pedestrian area of the lively village of Rivoltella full of services with bars, restaurants, shops, markets, parties, etc.
The services are easily reachable on foot.
The structure is spread over several floors.
On the ground floor there is a sitting area, a dining area, a kitchen with oven and full of appliances, a bathroom and a private garden for sunbathing or dining outdoors.
On the first floor we have a bathroom with window and three large bedrooms with double bed. All bedrooms have access to balconies through French windows.
On the second floor there is a closet / laundry room and a large and private terrace (solarium) with excellent panoramic views.
Leaving the structure, through a pedestrian path, you reach a large parking lot. Through the same driveway you can reach a park equipped with benches and games for children.
For your safety we have chosen to equip the kitchen with an induction hob, while the boiler for heating and hot water is located outside the structure.
All areas are covered by a high-performance free WiFi.
The A4 Milan-Venice (Verona) motorway is easily accessible. The train station is located around 1.5km away. The location is strategic for those who want to visit the parks of Garda, the localities of the lake, which can also be reached by boat, and the cities of art (Verona, Mantua, Venice).
The property is 41 km from Verona and 8 km from Sirmione. Verona Airport is 32 km away.
