Чисто. Хозяин Рафаэль рядом живет, почти всегда в доме и поможет. Кровать удобная, люблю такую, не мягкая - полезней для здоровья. Ванная рядом с комнатой и она практически персональная, в нее редко ходит кто-то из хозяев. На кухне есть раковина, и все необходимое для жизни, но я ничего не готовил. В комнате вентилятор - ночью спать не жарко - я рассчитывал на это, когда бронировал. Шум вентилятора приемлемый, мне спать не мешает, зато забивает возможные внешние звуки, которые точно всегда мешают. Комната маленькая как на фото, но места достаточно в шкафах для хранения вещей, там много вешалок. Конечно тесно, но цена отличная, и лично для меня серьезных недостатков нет!
Мелкие москиты в доме, но у меня был фумигатор - он помогал в комнате. Много ключей от дверей и калиток, но это для безопасности :)
