Villa Tola - Giallo

Clean, functional and the staff were very easy to deal with regarding booking in and out.

Hot water took a long time to come through and would have liked an expression coffee machine.

super airy, well located, easy to find, spacious and clean.

we had 2 nights of broken sleep - no idea what the constant random noises were - BUT very annoying! the car park needs a little bit of a think about. we have a DS4 and we pulled into the garage there was a hire car who had just parked - they had not pulled forward enough to the wall and had parked flush to the left! we had to reverse into the garage - as they didn't get the hint of 'PARKING THOUGHTFULLY!' we got home really late the second night pulled into the entrance to do our turn around to reverse in to the garage again... but someone was parked outside... we then had to manoeuvre in the road to ten our car around...

L'appartamento era molto spazioso e ben rifornito, sia per la parte notte che per quanto riguarda la cucina, e sicuramente adatto a soggiorni sia di breve che di lungo periodo. Collocazione della casa strategica e comoda, dal nostro punto di vista, per raggiungere il resto della famiglia residente a Cepina.

Da migliorare la pulizia, soprattutto nei piccoli dettagli: sotto il letto era pieno di polvere e varie zone dei muri perimetrali avevano forti infiltrazioni di umidità e muffa: per rendere l'aria meno pesante, abbiamo dovuto tenere aperte le finestre ma, essendo su strada, era fortissimo il rumore delle auto di passaggio. Sicuramente da usare come "appoggio" e non come luogo di soggiorno relax. Un po' caotiche le indicazioni: su Booking e sulle istruzioni inviate in PDF c'erano alcune indicazioni (ad es. per il ritiro delle chiavi) e poi l'agenzia ne ha mandate di differenti via WhatsApp.
