The apartment was very nice, spacious, and well-equipped. Some of the kitchen items could use an update, but overall everything was comfortable and functional. There is some construction nearby, so it can get a bit noisy at times — but that can happen anywhere and is not the apartment’s fault. The location is fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again!

Rooftop Terrasse ist für alle Bewohner. Sehr groß sehr zentral gelegen. Da darf man auch Kiffen. Bar Strand Kaffe Restaurant Sozial Club in 100-200 Meter Entfernung. Nur Geschäft ist 300 Meter zirka Entfernt. Am Balkon ist nur Zigarette rauchen erlaubt. Da Nachbarin kleine Kinder hat. Verständlich! Aber am Rooftop kommt man ins Gespräch mit Nachbarn. Was sehr nett war
Durch die schlechte Kanalisation ist es leider oft Mal das kurzzeitig nach Spülen unangenehmer Geruch aus Abwasser Kanal Austritt. Ist aber leider dzt. Noch in vielen Apartments auf Teneriffa so. Gibt ja so gut wie keine oder nur eine Kläranlagen auf Teneriffa was ich weiß
