Breakfast: excellent and more than excellent! Pools are clean. We had free sunbeds at the beach. Stuff is very pleasant and helpful. There are a lot of flowers all around the hotel.
Kettle on/off button didn't work. WC door were damaged by the water. Our room was next to the construction site, so there were noise even early morning.

The hotel is well located in an area with many shops and restaurants, and close to Chania. We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, which was a delightful surprise and added to our enjoyment of the place. The hotel has many pools.
The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety, but the dining hall is crowded and busy. In addition, the beach near the hotel is less appealing, we preferred driving to other beaches.
