Great stay, looking forward to returning

Fantastic layout, incredible view from the roof terrace. The jacuzzi was relaxing looking at the sunset. The owners were just down the stairs in the shop below the apartment if you needed anything, but left you alone to enjoy your stay. Location is right in the centre of Platanias with everything on your doorstep.

The food in the restaurants round about was not that good, maybe we tried the wrong ones. Nothing bad to say about the apartment

The best way to spend our honeymoon, with perfect location, amenities, atmosphere and host!

Angels Suites was perfect for our honeymoon! Angel was so welcoming at the start of the trip to show us our suite, and very responsive whenever we had any questions. The perfect location in Platanias, right opposite the main square with buses and taxis, plenty of bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. We were able to take the bus into Chania, and day trips to Lake Kournas and mountain villages with pick up right outside Angels Suites which was great! Our suite was the Gregory Suite with both incredible views of the beach, sea and peninsula with incredible sunsets every night, as well as views right into Platanias square at evening and night. Being able to sun bathe in the day on the terrace, watch the sunset, then enjoy an evening drink watching over the square is incredible. No need to go to some of the bars and spend money when you can get the same vibe, and a better view from above the crowds! The Jacoozi pool is the best! Big enough for at least 6-8 people, it was perfect for just me and my wife to have a cool off when sunbathing, and lay out and relax! The dials allow heat if you really wanted too, but it really worked for us as a little swimming pool to dunk in and out of in the heat. Great value for money! The amenities are everything you ever need, full working kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. AC in the rooms that works great, and a lovely balcony too! We did see a review previously saying the noise is loud at night, and you can hear the buzz of the bars past 9pm till and 3am (in August when we went). However this didn’t bother us as it is quiet enough with the doors and windows closed, just a little background rumble, which really didn’t bother our sleeping. And is to be expected when your in a prime location! Overall our stay at Angel Suites was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. Incredible value for money, excellent location, wonderful host and beautiful experience all round.

Large private terrace. Great location. Very clean property. Hot tub. Great host. Welcome pack. Amazing sea view and stunning sunsets. Supermarket is next door, bus stop is outside as is the taxi rank. Many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. 25 Mins by bus to the beautiful Chania harbour which is full of cobbled lanes with plenty of pretty shops. Can’t rate this property more highly!

Shower is in bath. Would be perfect if it had a walk in shower.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location

Joseph and his colleagues were very friendly and hospitable. They were readily available throughout our stay and always willing to help. The view from the Joseph Suite is spectacular and the terrace is great for pictures. The apartment itself was fantastic with good air conditioning and lovely TVs. There is a wide variety of restaurants right by the apartment and a beautiful beach close by. We loved every bit of our stay and would not change a thing!

The best self-catering apartment that we have ever stayed.

We stayed one week at Joseph suite. The location in the heart of Platanias just literally couple of steps from supermarket, restaurants, bus stop and pretty easy access to the beach. The apartment is very high quality really like a high level hotel suite with bathrobes and slippers, terrace/beach towels and decorated textiles and amazingly well equipped kitchen with nice "starter kit" with wine and water and some other groceries. Nothing, really nothing, feels aged or tired, all is fit and beautifully decorated and very, very clean. The view from terrace is simply great, beautiful sea and town landscape view. Huge terrace well equipped and really nice jacuzzi. The few requests we had were immediately addressed to and the service focus of Joseph and all the team is exceptional.

Jacuzzi had some technical problems fixing of which took some days due Easter holidays but Joseph and the team reacted immediately and kept us well up-to-date on the progress so actually the temporary downtime of jacuzzi had zero effect on our holiday and it worked perfectly after fixing. The central location means some remote noise can be heard of the traffic and the remote bass sound from the nightclubs. It did not disturb us or our night sleep at all , actually the apartment and the terrace are surprisingly quiet minding the location.

We have once again had a 10/10 stay at Angels' Suites! We feel so welcomed by the Kotsifakis family and everything was perfect. The Joseph apartment is incredible, clean, furnished with impeccable style and you have everything you need. Cannot begin to comment on the patio and jaccuzzi, you need to experience it for yourself under the nightblue sky! The family and staff is always helpful and available at your request and so sweet! The location is in the heart of Platanias and you have everything you'd want at your doorstep. Bakery, resturants, grocery store, bars. Parking is in close proximity and free up a hill. Thanks so much to the Kotsifakis for having us again, we had the best vacation stay ever! Highly reccommend!

Wonderful experience

Place is just amazing! We were here 4 nights to visit the area and we couldn’t ask for more. Apartment very beautiful, large, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The place to stay in Platanias

Where to start... Basically we loved everything in Angels Suites! Beautiful and nicely decorated apartment and awesome, huge private terrace with jacuzzi and view. There are two suites, and we stayed in Joseph Suite. Normally when we travel (we are a couple in out fourties), we don't stay in one place for a long time but prefer traveling around, and we certainly don't spend much time in the hotelroom/apartment. But this time we did stay in the apartment and terrace, and fully enjoyed it there just sunbathing, laying in jacuzzi, enjoying the view and sunsets... We were there for three nights, but could have easily stayed longer, and that's not typical for us at all :) If you want to self cater, there is absolutely everything you need for cooking in the apartment (and dishwasher too!). Big Synka market is in the next building. And if you prefer eating out, just step out from the apartment and you are literally in the most central spot in Platanias, in the middle of all the amenities. Also beach in only two minutes walk away. Despite of the most central location, you don't have to worry about your good night sleep; we were there in the busiest time of the year, August, but we didn't hear any noise at all from the streets in the apartment! Also we loved that Coco-mat bed, it was soooo comfortable. Last but not least, the owner family is just as amazing as the apartment! They are really really kind, they offer to help with everything and regularly cheking if everything is ok. They have two shops just below the apartmets, so it' easy to check in/out and to get information, advices etc. if needed. Special thanks to Joseph, your kindness made our stay even better!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Firstly, the staff and management are the definition of greek hospitality. They were super nice, friendly, and very accomodating. They always took a moment each day to ask how we were and if we needed anything. They made our stay in Crete more memorable. The view from the very big private terrace is fantastic, looking out to the sea while enjoying the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day out. The apartment is surrounded by many shops, restaurants, and amenities. A supermarket is just a few meters away. If you are looking at this place, and reading the reviews, then search no more and make your reservation. You will not be disappointed.

Happy Place in Troubled Times

We came the third year in a row to Platanias and there is only one place we want to stay: Angels Suites. It is just perfect, especially in the current times of COVID-19. The Angels Suites team has a very good hygiene plan in place to avoid infections in the first place but to also deal with them if it happens. All in all, we felt very safe on Crete and in Platanias. All local businesses like shops and restaurants apply the required hygiene standards like wearing masks, keeping distance and using desinfectants on shared items. The appartment is big and very comfortable for 2 persons. Everything is modern and of very high quality. Each year as amazing as the year before: the huge roof terrasse with the private jacuzzi. You have a sea view on one side and a view onto the busy Platanias town centre place on the other side. Surrounded by restaurants and neat little shops, there is hardly a need to ever leave the 100m vincinity of your appartment. You will not find better hosts than the Angels Suites familiy. They have a liquor and a jewellery store just below your appartment. There is always someone to assist you with questions. Above all, there is always someone with a warm smile to have a friendly chat with. We felt so welcome and at home. Thank you again, we will be back.

Uns hat alles super gefallen. Traumhafte Aussicht auf der großen Terrasse mit einem gut beheiztem jacuzzi mit Blick aufs Meer. Man fühlt sich da einfach für sich. Super Lage , da du immer gleich neben an zum Supermarkt oder die vielen Restaurant gehen kannst. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und eine tolle LG Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Zwei TV Flachbildschirmen (im Wohnzimmer/ Schlafzimmer) bei denen du Prime/ Netflix nutzen kannst. Die Schöne Stadt CHANIA nur 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Vielen Dank an dir Jospeph und Angel für eure herzliche und freundliche Art.

Ruhiges Appartement mitten in Platanias mit riesiger Dachterasse

Diese Unterkunft war für uns optimal. Wir hatten von der äußerst großen Terrasse einen Blick auf Platanias sowie das Meer. Toll war der Hot top, welcher ungestört genutzt werden konnte. Die darüberliegende Terrasse (rückwärtig) der zweiten Wohnung störte nicht. Trotz zentraler Lage war dieses Appartement sehr ruhig. Check in verlief perfekt und sehr freundlich. Daher absolute Empfehlung.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in einem außergewöhnlichen Appartment mit unglaublich toller Terrasse

Außergewöhnliche, riesige Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick, einfach nur zum Genießen ! Größe, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung des Appartments Top ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmachine, Wasserkocher und Toaster, sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist im Bad vorhanden. Super bequeme Betten Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt nebenan, viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe, unser Lieblingsrestaurant war Botonis Restaurant, sehr zu empfehlen Tolle Lage, um die Schönheit von Westkreta zu erkunden! Wir sind absolut begeistert von dem Appartment und von Kreta und würden jederzeit wiederkommen
