Clean and conveniently located. Plenty of room to stretch out and accommodate bicycles.
Because of the location and proximity to other food establishments, I would recommend a booklet of all the food options and their current menu and hours of operation. Choices are very limited. Otherwise, people who stay may want to bring their own food and groceries, which your kitchen can accommodate.
