Maison très bien personnel aussi Propreté +++ Et très bon contact juste les escaliers sont raides Attention si vous avez des enfants

Nous sommes venus à 6 pour le semi marathon des alpes, logement situé à 15minutes du centre ville, avec une vue magnifique sur les chaînes de montagne, nous étions très bien placés et le logement était très agréable, bien entretenu, bien isolé, également très accueillant ! Propre, parfaitement aménagé, sur 3 niveau (attention personnes agées) Nous recommandons ce logement et y reviendrons si nous repassons dans le coins !

Property was warm.

Communication with the property manager was terse and not very polite. We have been coming to Bourg for 20 years and never encountered any difficultly with our accommodation we normally book somewhere near Bourg prior to our week of skiing in Les Arcs. Once we had confirmed our reservation the property manager insisted on us paying cash on arrival - which we have never encountered before. She also charged us for bed linen which was of a low standard and added to our bill after we had booked. Finally, access to all the floors in this property is via a stairs that resembles a ladder - not good for those with mobility issues. We had problems finding the property as there are two villages with very similar names in the area. The owners - not the property manager were very helpful in helping us locate their property via whatsapp.
