The photos of room on the website do not match theroom.The disappointment was the absence of bath

Hi, There was no bath, while it was on the website. So it was a big disappointment when we didn't see any bath, only a shower. I am allergic to dogs and there was a smell of a dog in the room at first. So I suffered a bit, but this is my fault, I didn't mention it in the reservation. The room in general was convenient

terrible, not clean, really dirty and overpriced

location is good, parking on street, free but not reservable

really old, dirty room and appliances, budget is really budget. go elswhere, this is horrible.

Underwhelming and disappointing.

Location

Dirty carpet floors, leaking toilet, no utensils, no tea pot to boil water for tea, no microwave, old oven that hardly works, no smoke extractors - so fire alarm goes off every time you attempt to cook anything.

Great location and value for money, but the rest leaves a bit to be desired

We liked the location as reasonably close to the ski lift, The apartment is tiny for 4 people but it was OK for a couple. Welcome pack was OK. Because of COVID-19 there were car-park spaces, but in the season it is probably difficult. Close to the shops in Les Coches (abt 5-7 min walk)

A lot could have been better. Information is a bit useless, we had to phone and get instructions by email. Pre check-in is a disaster, do not do it! It requires to pay the local tax, which should have been included. The property is not very responsive. The apartment inside is rather tired and dated, but considering that it is an excellent value for money - it is OK. We had to move out after two nights (COVID pandemic), and asked for a refund. They do not even reply to emails, and now it looks that instead of the refund we are getting a voucher for next year, for the value of 5 nights. That would not have been bad but with the pandemic nobody knows whether the resort will be open in March 2021.
