Делюсь отзывом об отпуске 27.06-06.07.2025. Домик полностью соответствовал ожиданиям — всё как на фото. На всей территории стабильный wi-fi. Амиран, владелец, замечательный человек — внимательный и отзывчивый. Попросили включить отопление, вернулся с полдороги, всё включил, объяснил, как пользоваться. Отличная чача и хорошее вино (не стесняйтесь, спрашивайте у Амирана), голова не болела, было с чем потом сравнить. )) Домики на достаточном расстоянии друг от друга каждый со своей беседкой, что позволяет практически не пересекаться с другими постояльцами. Есть несколько мангалов. Также рядом есть SPAR 24/7, что очень удобно для решения базовых потребностей. В целом искали именно уединённый отдых на природе загорать-купаться и иногда выбираться в Батуми и окрестности, благо, такси недорогое. Обязательно вернемся ещё и получим долгожданный загар. Спасибо!

Не повезло с погодой, но тут никогда не угадаешь. Пили винишко, читали книги.

Amiran is the perfect host! He welcomed me with a glass of homemade wine and told me about how to get around and where to buy food. The apartment is spacious, has a big bathroom and a small kitchen. It has a wonderful wild garden with different fruits which you are aloud to pick. The sea is a 15 min walk away and there are two small shops and a restaurant next to the trainstation. I had a wonderful time staying there and hope to go back there again.

Everything was perfect. Great location, comfortable apartment with all facilities, beautiful view, and Amiran is a fantastic host. We will definitely come back again.

Staying here was one of my highlights by far in Batumi, mainly because of the SAUNA! I arrived during a rainstorm, and the owner waited outside on the main road until I arrived by bus (the A6 bus goes from Batumi central to right by the enterance to the place). He was very accomodating and we spoke Russian and English to each other through the translator app on our iphones. He even opened the sauna (which costs extra) a month early for a friend a I. It is the cutest woodfired sauna and sauna room I've ever seen. Very homey and unrefined, but that that just adds to the charm. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and large comfy living rooms. Perfect for tea ceremonies. The owner even organized with his neighbor to take me to the train station the next morning because the bus doesn't run very early. Definitely highly recommended.

It was a bit cold sleeping (early October) because there is no heat, but we had enough blankets and it was okay. Could use a bit more heavy blankets though, especially as the weather gest cold. Maybe also a bottom sheet for the beds because the top sheet, which we used as the bottom, kept sliding off.
