Casa Altavista Benissa Large 5BR Villa with Pool

Ubicación buena y tranquila.

La piscina no era muy grande y la vegetación no estaba muy cuidada.

Casa Altavista from Benissa is a wonderful villa that can accomodate 8 adults and 1 kid, we have been 6 adults and 1 kid and it was amazingly good space and layout of the villa was easy to navigate thru. Barbeque area was spatious and had a nice vibe to it. After 10pm was very quiet in the whole area, no music, no noise, no lights, no dogs or unwanted noises. From Altavista you can drive in both directions and you can find a nice beach, 5-10 minutes in any way, its a beach. Renting the Casa Altavista made us very happy and the villa deserves all the credit ! From the early morning to an amazing coffee outside next to the pool, to the hot afternoon in the swimming pool to the later afternoons with a barbeque started and nice family time. Rooms massive, house with alarm, internet quite temperamental, easy to navigate anywhere and an amazing team to prepare the checkin and checkout. Preis Leistung war super. Man hat auch mit 8 Personen genug Platz. Die untere Wohnung ist eigenständig, nur über die Außentreppe zu erreichen und hat ein Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelbett im Durchgangszimmer, eine kleine Küche und ein Bad. Die eigentliche obere Wohnung besteht aus Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie 3 Zimmern und einem Bad. Die Bäder sind modern und sauber. Das Haus hat eine große Außenanlage mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, einem schönen Pool und einem Aussenkamin und Grill.

Die Entfernung zum Meer sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Man braucht ein Auto. Viele Treppen zum Haus.
