Close to the metro, located in a nice neighborhood, and the host is very kind

-The apartament is new, big with also a big balcony and all the facilities that you need + it has its own heating -Private parking behind a locked gate, included in the price -The host is very nice, polite and involved -Tram station is 1 minute away, metro station 3 minutes away -The neighborhood is very quiet and safe

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfectly clean and well organized. The apartment has its own parking space and great metro connections. Lidl and several bakeries are just a short walk away. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back next time!

The flat was not the cleanest. We found multiple hair in the beds on arrival. When we conveyed it to the hosts they were very defensive and denied it could be them while implying it was from us, when we had literally found the beds that way when we walked in and had informed them immediately. When they came to check it out, instead of changing out the bedding they only used a lint roller to get rid of the hair before fixing new sheets on top of the earlier ones. The parking lot is also not very well lit at night and feels a bit shady, there is no door that takes you directly from the lot into the building. You have to walk past garbage bins, past the electric gate and out onto the street to enter the building from the main door entrance on the street. This should be mentioned clearly as it is not easy to get to with all your bags. We also found the kitchen utensils had not been cleaned thoroughly and the kettle had so much limescale collected that we did not feel like using it. The elderly couple on site are sweet enough and try help out the best they can but they don’t speak fluent English so all communication goes through their son who we found to be a bit curt at times.
