- Удачное расположение отеля. 20 минут пешком до пляжа Plavi Horizonti (наверное, лучший пляж в Черногории). Также, в шаговой доступности два магазина, мини-рынок, пекарня и рестораны. В пределах часа еды на автомобиле города Котор и Тиват, старинное греческое/венецианское село Розе, Которская канатная дорога, мавзолей Петра II Петровича-Негоша, большие торговые комплексы;
- Радушный компетентный хозяин. Говорит на русском языке. При заселении угостил инжиром и виноградом из собственного сада. Очень оперативно решал возникающие вопросы;
- Большая терраса с фантастический видом на Боко-Которскую бухту (см. фото). Применимо только к "Двухместному номеру Делюкс с 1 кроватью и ванной";
- Удобный паркинг в тени;
- Просторный номер со свежим ремонтом;
- Идеальная чистота.
- Не хватает обеденного стола, посудомоечной машины и стиральной машины;
- Плохая эргономика в ванной комнате;
- Без машины в этой части Черногории нечего делать.

The just was very friendly and welcoming. He readily provided information and helpful tips on a number of things including things to do and how to get around Tivat. The check-in and out was also very smooth. My friend and I had a wonderful experience indeed!

Available owner, very nice and helpful.
Wifi is pretty bad, but it's okay, as Montenegrin e-Sim are very cheap and powerful! It'd be nice if host would point you to e-Sim deal.

The place was extraordinary. It was super clean, peaceful and comfortable.
The host was at our service all the time, he was very pleasant and reliable. We were very satisfied with our staying here.
Although it seems that the beaches are nearby, it is not so close if you go by foot. If you have the car - it is perfect.
