Great family holiday

The house has been nicely modernised and maintained, clean, good quality and well stocked. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the 2 bathrooms with good showers were excellent. Plenty of outdoor seating and access to a nice pool next door. Overall a very nice stay for 7 of us.

Minor points only, but there is limited indoor seating for 7, we just brought the patio chairs in when needed. You really need a car to get around as walking from the villa is on the road (no pavement) which felt a little dangerous with all the coaches and scooters.

Spacious beautiful so clean, it had everything we needed. Plenty of towels for 6 of us. Kitchen had everything. The welcome snacks and fruits and wine was so lovely. The villa is gorgeous. Showers are amazing it's so beautifully decorated. Pool is lovely quiet and big and so clean.

Absolutely nothing, all six of us couldn't fault anything. It had everything you would need. Bin bags washing liquid well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. Rooms are gorgeous and big.

Amazing stay

Nikos is really easy going guy who is ver helpful. The location is amazing, everything is close (beaches, market, restaurants,bars). Also the pool is just next to the accommodation.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved our stay at Nausika Rustic Cottage. The rooms were beautifully decorated and everything was sparkling clean. Facilities were excellent also.

Absolutely loved it.

The cottage is contemporary, comfortable and decorated to a very high standard. It is outside Paleokastritsa and is peaceful despite being on the main road into town. All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and there are 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Nikos is a wonderful host and recommended a number of fabulous places to visit. Nausika taverna is also well worth going to, particularly on the Greek evening which was a lot of fun.

Some people may not like the location as it’s not “on the beach”. It’s +_ 3km from the main beaches, but Achepulco beach is a short walk away. We hired a car and explored many beautiful places on the island including the many coves and beaches in Paleokastritsa.

Very good contact, cleaning of a house Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Nice garden with big table. Very nice welcome with fruits, sweets and some drinks.

Dishwasher would be helpful for bigger group of people but this is small inconvenience

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable, spacious and quiet property

Our hosts were very helpful - taking us by car to the property, when we arrived late at night. and they were always happy to answer questions. We loved having the building all to ourselves. The property has excellent balconies and patios. It was wonderful sitting outside, having breakfast in the morning sun. It was nice and quiet, with good views. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were a good size and we appreciated having separate bathrooms. Conveniently, there is a mini market just across the road, with a good choice of produce.

It was not possible to have a bath because the ceramic surface of the bath had peeled away due to damage and the ceramic surface of the shower was also in poor condition. If you are on foot, it is quite a long distance to the main beach, along a busy road.

What we dreamt of

Nikos and his family are great hosts and helped us with everything we needed. The value for what you get is great. The location is one of the best in the island, with a nice view and access to a lot of beaches in the area (0.2-1 km). We appreciated the welcome gift they greeted us with. The green bus stop is near Nikos's taverna. There is also a market very close to the cottage. The neighbours are nice aswell.

I only scored it 9/10 because there were a lot of wasps and bees outside the cottage, but other than that, everything was great.

The cottage is in a very convenient location, it has a parking lot. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There was a pleasant surprise in the fridge - various fruits, water, juice and a bottle of wine. It was great that there were towels and beach umbrellas. Communication with Nikos was very easy and fast. He is really responsive and kind. I would go back there again. I recommend!

Very good

The owners were on hand and very happy to assist us if we needed it. There was a lovely welcome hamper on our arrival. The property was very good and clean. The bus stop was very near to us. We enjoyed our few days here.

The only minus was the shower as it was easy for the kids to get the floor soaked as the hose wasn’t attached. But that was probably more my worry.

Nikolas was very kind and attentive with us. He provided everything that we needed and gave us instructions on how to get to the beaches.

Everything was great! People going to Paleokratstisa should know that they have to walk to go to the beaches, but this is how it works tgroughout the entire coast.

Fantastic place for that price!

Great place! Nice view. In a walking distance (a bit longer walk) from the city. Free parking. Well equipped kitchen and we had some welcome drinks ands snacks + Nikos invited us to his taverna for another welcome drinks.. :) Quite much of nature to see around, I even found a good fishing place near. Also saw a lizard and a friendly big toad in the garden, kids were happy about that. In our last day Nikos allowed us to leave our luggage in his taverna while we walk around the city for few more hours.

A bit complicated to get to house with a stroller, but that was a problem in all the island.. :D Also it's a bit hard to get to some beach near the house, but that's also a problem in all the island, because many beaches are accessible only trough some bars/cafes, so you can get there only while they're open.

Fantastic place in Paleokastritsa!!!

The apartment is very spacious with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were towels for all of us plus equipment for the beach, like an umbrella and towels. There is a big table outside, with a big umbrella to get some shadow during the day. Nikos, the owner was super kind, checking if everything was okay and replying to any query super quickly. I would also recommend to eat at his restaurant, Taverna Nausika, the restaurant is close to the apartment and the food is delicious. Nikos, thanks again, we really enjoyed our time at your place! 4 Nautika nights at Paleo

The view, the balcony, spacious and bright clean rooms, comfy pillows, beach towels. Very convenient for the local supermarket, some local restaurants and the bus stop from / to Corfu Town. The lovely welcome pack from our host, Nikos, was much appreciated & he was also helpful with other advice. Easy to find and if you are coming from Corfu Town on the green bus you can get off nearby ( Aris Supermarket or camping site) The property is located at the top of the hill but we like walking if you’re a little less agile you may need a bike, scooter or car to reach the bottom. Loved the little cat family who adopted us but couldn’t take them home 🥲

Can’t really complain as it was such good value but perhaps be aware that the bathrooms are a little basic, although I think that’s reflected in the price.

Owner was lovely and very welcoming and helped us out when we needed it! The owners taverna is also amazing! The cottage was very close to Acapulco, a very nice beach bar with a lovely view of Paleokastritsa and access to the sea

Beautiful house

We enjoyed very much our stay at Nausika Rustic Cottage. The house contained everything we need for a pleaseant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, two bathrooms with soaps and shower gel, clean towels, comfortable beds, two tables with chairs outside in the house garden where we took breakfast and sometimes dinner. The wifi signal was very good as well. At our arrival, our host was waiting for us with coffee, fruits, cold water and sweets. He was very helpful when we needed information about renting a car or for visiting places near Paleokastritsa. + We recommend having lunch or dinner at Nausika Taverna. We were much impressed by the local food served at this restaurant! + The nearest beaches are Liapades Beach (around 500 m easy climbing with a nice view) and Agia Triada (Akron Beach - around 1 km very easy to arrive on foot by the main street). Thank you very much!

-we can not stayed outside because it was a lot of bees -the shower courten should be arround the space of the shower not the shower+wc -the airconditioner in bad shape and very noisy.

Problem parkovania v meste..boli sme 2 x ..miesto sme hladali viac ako hodinu..to je asi jedine minus ...ale nasu dovolenku nepokazilo nic 😉
