Villas EPTA KARPI Complex of 7 Luxury Villas

The location was very good, remote but just a few minutes away from restaurants, supermarkets etc. The whole complex was very quiet and having a private pool was amazing.

A wonderful fully air-conditioned villa with private pool and parking. Our hosts knew we were arriving really late at night so apart from complimentary local sweets and treats we found our fridge stocked with ham cheese toast and fruit. Cleaning service was great and very attentive. They were very generous and considerate and let us check out a bit later. They were always very responsive and had excellent restaurant recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend them again!

Great value for a fantastic villa that was clean, spacious and private. Close to cafes and restaurants, and only a short drive to Corfu old town.

Emplacement idéale, au calme dans un environnement verdoyant. Jardin spacieux, piscine appréciable. Jolie maison moderne avec tout le nécessaire et au style moderne. Climatisation dans chaque pièce.

Notre logement n'était pas propre: cheveux au sol dans différentes pièces et dans le lit! Miette sur le plan de travail et sur le canapé. Tâche au sol... Moisissure sur le mur dans la chambre du bas. Climatisation à l'étage qui fuit sur le lit qui se trouve en dessous. A notre arrivée lorsqu'on a ouvert les robinets, la couleur de l'eau était marron ! Robinetterie dans les douches a changer rapidement. Très déçu du rapport qualité prix. Propriétaire réactif malgré tout, mais une vérification aurait dû être faite avant notre arrivée. Quand au ménage il est fait partiellement tous les 3j. A mon sens la mention "luxury" n'est pas justifiée. A revoir...
