Excellent value for money and the best view on the Riviera!

This is a fantastic place to stay in a beautiful part of the French Riviera. The value for money is unmatched in Beaulieu-sur-Mer - it's nearly impossible to find anything comparable with the same facilities. The biggest bonus for us was the balcony and the incredible view, which you wouldn't get even in most 5-star hotels. We enjoyed having drinks and meals out there whenever we didn’t feel like going out. Access to a large, quiet pool was another huge plus, especially in the hot weather, as was the excellent air con. The apartment had all the amenities and facilities you’d need for a short or longer stay, and it was very clean and comfortable. It is right in the centre of town and next to the train station - connecting you to the whole coastline. Our host was brilliant from the very first contact and throughout our visit. He even messaged us to let us know about the Bastille Day fireworks on the beach - which we were able to watch right from the apartment! We honestly couldn’t fault it. I’ve read a few reviews mentioning the lack of Wi-Fi, but with that view, who needs it? A perfect place to relax and explore the Côte d'Azur. We will definitely return.

Stunning view from the balcony. Excellent 12 meter pool nobody else used.

The host's use of a video to explain where to collect the key is a good idea. But it's impossible to hear his recorded voice due to street noise. Also, when booking it's not clear that the key's location is different from the apartment location. This is important for guests carrying heavy luggage since a lone guest will have to haul the bag about 100 meters uphill to collect the key and then again to return it. This should be made clear on the booking.com site. A guest who doesn't speak French may have difficulty in communicating with the host to clarify how to collect the key if the listing on Booking isn't edited to clarify this. The tres amable host was very happy I spoke French.

Perfect flat in centre of Beaulieu

Perfect flat in centre of Beaulieu, and next to the train station. It’s very clean and there is a kitchen and a balcony. Having access to the swimming pool is fantastic. Owner is helpful and easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed my stay 👍

Disappointing

We had a very short time there. It was very minimal, bare. No tea, coffee, no salt, peppermint, oil nothing. All the places that i have been to have a minimum of condiments. With all the little extras would have made it really good. Sorry.

It was bare. We arrived late and couldnt even make a cup of tea. Went to bed thursty. The flat needed a woman touch.

Отличное местоположение, супермаркет, железнодорожный вокзал рядом. Море в пешей доступности! Болье-сюр-Мер очень милый. Очень чистые и просторные апартаменты с прекрасно оборудованной кухней, есть все для полноценного отдыха. С балкона открывается великолепный вид.

Très bonne semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé

Vue sur la mer, lumineux, climatisé, avec piscine, à proximité des commerces, de la plage et de la gare. On peut poser sa voiture et se déplacer uniquement à pied ou en train 👍 Nicolas nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné de bons conseils et est très sympathique.

Superbe séjour et appartement nickel !

La vue magnifique et le fait qu'il y ait tous les équipements nécessaires (cafetière, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle) c'est génial. L'accueil aussi, on est bien guidé par notre hôte qui nous explique tout et qui est très à l'écoute de ses locataires.
