I had the pine lodge booked and got an upgrade to a more expensive apartment with no extra fees was fantastic

We didn’t end up staying in Pine Lodge but offered an alternative on site. The property that we stayed in was ok but could do with a lick of paint and a new bed in one of the rooms. Beautiful views and very helpful staff.
Could have been a little cleaner & the beds needed to be updated.

The property was clean and the area was beautiful.
The washrooms were too congested without basic amenities. It would be appreciated if something could be put in washrooms to hang clothes on as it made bathing a bad experience without them. Also the size of the first room is too small and without any cupboards.
