The area was quiet and a close walk to so much. Far enough away from the crowds to escape the summer crowd. The host was exceptional and met us off the water taxi to take us to the apartment and showed us around/answered all questions. He even provided his phone number so we could call and ask questions and left us amazing recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, cool, clean, and comfortable.

Great location, in a quiet area, close to Arsenal and Biennale, but only 20 minutes walk to the centre. Vary spacious and clean apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is important for a large group. Guido met us at the vaporetto station when we arrived from the airport and walked us to the apartment, so there was no problem finding it. There are food shops and supermarkets in the close proximity, Ospidale water bus stop only 10 min walk. The bathrooms are renovated with nice fittings and good water pressure. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Wi-fi is stable and works in all rooms.

Pillows are really flat and uncomfortable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with steps, which was ok for us, just beware if you have elderly or disabled in the group.

We loved everything about this property. The neighbourhood was beautiful and safe. Apartment had great facilities including brilliant air conditioning. Our host was very friendly and helpful
