The apartament is spacious and has a big terrace

The apartment has cheap furniture and in some cases very old furniture. The bathroom door was broken and fell on me several times. The bed linens were so old they were starting to tear.

Comfortable and homely

Very comfortable and homely. Everything was well provided in the apartment. Good location as we were able to catch the bus into Lucca (15-20 mins). Bus stop right outside.

Very beautifully decorated apartment with lot of nice details. Master bedroom is very spacoius with nice double bed and bathroom inside room. Nice terrace. Easy automatic check in / check out.

In second room there were two single beds. I am tall and bed is too small for me.

Das Apartment war grundsätzlich in Ordnung eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage hat zuverlässig funktioniert – was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Auch die Lage war soweit okay.

Leider gab es mehrere Punkte, die den Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt haben. Direkt beim Betreten fiel ein sehr starker, muffiger Geruch auf, der während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestehen blieb. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig – es war zwar auf den ersten Blick aufgeräumt, aber definitiv nicht gründlich gereinigt. Wir hatten für zwei Freunde gebucht und gingen davon aus, dass zwei getrennte Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden wären – stattdessen war nur ein Doppelbett bezogen, was sehr unpraktisch war. Ein weiteres großes Problem war ein Stromausfall während unseres Aufenthalts. Angeblich seien zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig gelaufen, dabei waren nur der Backofen, die Mikrowelle und die Klimaanlage in Betrieb – was eigentlich kein außergewöhnlicher Strombedarf ist.

Ontzettend fijn huis, ruim, betaalbaar en vriendelijke host.

De accommodatie is erg schoon, heeft alle faciliteiten die je maar kan wensen en ligt op een centrale locatie om de bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te bezoeken.

Heerlijk bed. Mijn man is 198meter lang en het bed was wat aan de korte kant (200meter). Maar het was even zoeken naar een minder puntje, het smelt als sneeuw voor de zon door alles wat heerlijk was!

Di questa casetta arredata con gusto mi e piaciuto tutto, siamo stati per un giorno ma dal nostro arrivo siamo rimasti incantati. La signora molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovesse tornare ai carnevali di Viareggio di sicuro torno alla casa più bella. Grazie

Accogliente

L'appartamento è completo di tutti i comfort casa molto accogliente arredata bene. Il doppio servizio essendo in cinque persone è servito parecchio, la pulizia La valuto abbastanza buona a parte un leggero odore di muffa in casa ma credo sia dovuto al fatto che l'abitazione è abbastanza datata ma ristrutturata, le asciugamani non avevano un buon odore così come le lenzuola. Il lavandino del bagno sopra le scale è praticamente inutilizzabile, il rubinetto è quasi più lungo del lavandino, quindi lavarsi senza allagare e praticamente impossibile.A parte questi dettaglii valuto il mio soggiorno abbastanza positivo. La posizione per noi è stata strategica a 20 minuti dal carnevale di Viareggio e a circa mezz'ora dal centro di Pisa.

Heerlijk verblijf in ruim apartement

Bewust gekozen voor deze locatie omdat we de auto naast het pand konden parkeren daardoor we eenvoudig dagelijks trips konden maken. Bij de locatie zelf is niet zo veel te zien/te doen. Het appartement zelf is ruim, mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Meubilair op het dakterras was niet zo geweldig.
