Camere spatioase, dotari complete, aproape de plaja si de un centru comercial (La Butoaie) de unde te poti aproviziona, sau unde poti servi masa. Acces la locurile de parcare din complexul rezidential.
Totul a fost foarte bine. Totusi, datorita faptului ca locurile de parcare nu sunt alocate pe apartamente, in perioadele aglomerate exista "sansa" sa nu poti parca in interiorul complexului rezidential. Dar, la strada sunt locuri de parcare publice gratuite pe timpul noptii.

Ne-a placut cazarea pentru amplasarea centrala: aproape de gara, restaurante, supermarket, farmacie si la doar 10 minute de plaja.
Curatenia lasa de dorit – ecranul televizorului era foarte murdar, mobila din bucatarie avea urme de degete, geamurile erau pline de praf, oglinda din dormitor plina de urme de praf, paharele aveau urme negre, iar pe balcon era pamant. In baie am intampinat mai multe probleme: daca folosesti chiuveta, apa se scurge inapoi prin canal si inunda baia, cada era infundata, iar butonul de la WC sare atunci cand este apasat. Având în vedere prețul, astfel de situații nu trebuiau să existe.
