Розташування непогане, на березі озера. Гарний краєвид з вікон та тераси. В апартаментах є все (майже) необхідне, щоб приготувати сніданок. Є антимоскитні сітки на вікнах. До найближчого комунального пляжу 6-7 хв. До приватного пляжу Номос 10 хв.
Будинок поблизу головної магістралі - бульвару Мамая, тому спати доводилося з зачиненими вікнами, бо було досить гучно. Будинку 9 років. Не впевнений, що в апартаментах здійснювався ремонт. Прибирання протягом перебування не здійснювалося, білизна не змінювалася. Зламаний зливний бачок в туалеті попри наші прохання не був полагоджений. Зламані замки у внутрішніх дверях. Посуд та прибори: "все, що Бог послав", зрештою купили власні.

Понравилось близкое расположение к морю и центру.Прекрасный вид на озеро и закат. Чисто уютно тихо. Парковка на территории отеля .
