Am avut parte de o experiență foarte plăcută în acest apartament! • Curățenia a fost impecabilă, totul foarte bine întreținut. • Apartamentul este complet dotat – am găsit tot ce am avut nevoie: fier de călcat, frigider, aer condiționat, tacâmuri etc. • Priveliștea către lac este absolut superbă, perfectă pentru momente de relaxare. • Plaja este chiar peste drum, foarte accesibilă. • Magazine non-stop vis-a-vis, un mare plus pentru orice nevoie de ultim moment. • Stația de autobuz este chiar în fața blocului – foarte ușor de ajuns ori spre Constanța (doar 4 stații până la telegondolă și zona de promenadă cu restaurante și magazine), ori spre Mamaia Nord (o singură stație până la Nuba). Nu dispune de parcare la proprietate, dar sunt multe locuri de parcare cu plata în jur. Prețul era 10 lei pe zi.
Gresia de pe balcon nu era foarte curată. Singurul minus ar fi plaja lărgită, mai puțin animată. Totuși, pentru cei care caută liniște, poate fi chiar un avantaj. Prețul unui șezlong la sfârșitul lunii iulie era între 40-50 lei.

Free parking around the place is non-existent. 3-4 or even more blocks away, pay only parking, but the fee is acceptable. Rest was good.
