Belsiana - Elegant apartment in an Exclusive Location

The location was excellent with plenty of dining options within blocks. The air conditioning functioned perfectly considering the heat wave we experienced. The apartment was clean and tidy. Hosts were very responsive. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again.

Honestly, where do I start. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of Rome and walkable to pretty much everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was super stylish, spotless, and really well decorated, definitely had a modern, chic vibe. But the real MVP was our host Alla. She was warm and on top of everything from the start, sent us all the check-in info ahead of time, checked in regularly to make sure we were good, and whenever something came up (a slow drain, a hallway light, wifi being weird) she had it handled fast, even arranged a shower caddy for us. She made us feel genuinely taken care of the whole stay, not like just another booking.

Only small thing was the apartment ran a little dark for our personal taste, just something to keep in mind if you like a lot of natural light. Didn’t actually bother us much though, more of a style preference than an issue.

No funciona correctamente la ducha. Es imposible bañarse con comodidad dado que no se puede regular la temperatura del agua y esto ocasiona muchas molestias. La cocina es extremadamente pequeña y ademas está al lado del baño, lo cual obviamente no es lo más deseable. El sistema de apertura de las puertas es por una aplicación que no funciona de manera ágil dado que depende de la conectividad a internet y además el software no es ágil para conectarse. A veces hemos estado hasta 10 minutos para poder ingresar.
