Was a lovely clean room with Air conditioning, the staff were friendly, great location, near to Spanish steps. The one comment I have is that if you struggle with stairs, there are a fair few stairs to climb whichever room you stay in. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay, and the room was quiet with very good soundproofing. Most places you'd want to see are within a thirty minute walk, near to the metro. So yes, highly recommended.

It was air conditioned the beds was so comfy the rooms was in a busy area but you never got street noise . The receptionist was so informative over all a great accommodation which I would highly recommend

Les Fleurs was recommended as a place to stay in Rome. Glad we did, excellent location, easy walking everywhere. Very comfortable bed. Air con was great to have, even though it was the end of April we still used it. It was clean. Even in a very busy area, it was quiet. We would definitely stay again.
