Très bon emplacement, au centre, à 1km à pied de la plage avec des petits magasins et restau sur place. Le balcon était très appréciable pour le petit dej au soleil face à la mer. Le logement est spacieux et le propriétaire a été arrangeant pour le check out.
Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'on entend les bruits extérieurs depuis la chambre (sans doute pas de double vitrage), mais c'est pas trop gênant.

Lovely apartment—clean, well-equipped, and with a great balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The communal pool area was tidy and had its own bar and small restaurant. Fantastic location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Well-equipped apartment. Very large pool.
The nightclub literally under the floor. As we are from Las Palmas, we drove back home to sleep rather than wait for the club to close its doors, then returned next day for the pool. People were queuing to enter at 3:30am with all the noise that entails, so if you want to sleep BEFORE 5am, this is not the place for you. If you plan to party til dawn, it’s perfect.
