The apartment looks nice, is quite comfortable and has a really good price. Unfortunately our experience was let down by several small issues which all added up and ended up making our stay kind of miserable. But most of these things can be quite easily fixed with a little care and attention by the owner. There is a public parking square with plenty of space very close to the apartment (50m). The apartment looks nice and has at first sight everything you need. Beds are comfortable. There is a really nice sleeping spot in the attic under the beautiful wooden ceiling. There is air conditioning which works well except on hot days when it cannot drive away the heat in the sleeping area under the roof. The owner was communicative. We got warned in advance there would not be any towels, but when we replied we did not take any towels with us, the towels were provided on our arrival.

There was nothing major, but there were many small things. The apartment is located in a village very far away from everything, no supermarkets, not even a bakery or anything. And much of the small stuff you rely on when traveling was missing. No toilet paper, no tablets for the dishwasher or washing machine, no hand soap. Apartment is on the top floor but there is no elevator. The dishwasher had no basket for the cutlery. And on the last day we got a message from the owner with a huge long list of cleaning tasks we had to perform before we were allowed to leave?

Owners are very easy-going and live in the same building so they're easy to reach as well. The place looks really tidy and has everything you need. Getting a key to the garage to store our bicycles was a nice bonus.

The instruction on booking.com tells you to make the beds before checking out, which is strange since I assume the bed linen you use to make the bed will be washed afterwards anyway. Basically the owners appear more easy going than the text on booking.com suggests.

Location and staff were great. The apartment itself was good but it was poorly furnished.

It had no iron and ironing board, only 1 toilet roll, no hand soap, and you have to request towels (even hand towels) which cost extra. The towels should just be included in the price.
