About this house rental
Our little house is located at Hameau Le Col in Valloire, a few bends above the center of the resort.
This typical hamlet house has been completely renovated and now offers 35m2 of duplex comfort, ideal for 4/5 people.
During the renovation but also for the choice of equipment and furniture, we pushed the environmental approach as far as possible. We hope you have a pleasant stay.
The house is bathed in light and faces South-West.
Equipment:
- Equipped kitchen: fridge, 6-place dishwasher, fan oven, induction hob x 2, toaster.
- Living room with sofa, coffee table and pouffe.
- Bathroom: shower 90x90cm, basin, WC, heated towel rail, hair dryer, shower mat.
- Sleeping area upstairs: a double bed 140x190cm, 2 single beds 90x190cm and a child's mattress in 90x150cm. New quality bedding, anti-mite pillows, thick Drouault duvets, waterproof mattress pads washed regularly.
- Rolling shutter upstairs to keep the dark, and adjustable sunshades (west side)
- For your skis: ski locker outside the house, shoe box under the entrance step.
- Plenty of storage.
In a "minimalist" spirit we have chosen to make only the essentials available.
You will not find a TV but wifi, books, games and an incredible view of the mountain. You will not find a microwave but a raclette machine, yes!
No washing machine (laundry available 24/24 and 7/7 in the center of Valloire).
We leave available spices, salt-pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, herbal teas, some basic foodstuffs. If you finish something, consider replacing it for the following.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels, contact us.

un peu excentrée mais il y a une navette qui vous amène en centre ville toutes les 30 min.

Excellente semaine pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfant de 3 et 6 ans)
Très jolie maison, entièrement rénovée avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Très fonctionnelle et confortable (même sous la neige) vous trouverez ici un endroit idéal pour vous ressourcer. Le hameau typique a seulement quelques minutes du tumulte de la station (navette toutes les 30 minutes) vous permettra de vivre une véritable expérience montagnarde.
Les hôtes sont très réactifs et répondent à toutes les demandes.
Allez-y les yeux fermés !
