Relax in this quiet, elegant, fully renovated, single-storey home. It benefits from an exterior and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It's just 1/2 h from the ski resorts and the start of the legendary Maurienne passes.
It is designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people, with a surface area of 60m2.
Ideally located, it's a 10-minute walk from the town center and train station.

The accommodation is on the ground floor.
It comprises :
- A fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden.
- A living room with a sofa bed 140*200 with a comforter and two pillows. Please let me know if you wish to use it.
- A bedroom with a double bed 140x200, comforter, 2 pillows and a wardrobe.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds 90+90x200, comforter, 2 pillows and wardrobe.
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC
- A bike or ski room if required
- Outside, tables, chairs and deckchairs, ping pong table (except in winter).
At the foot of the ski resorts and mythical cols of the Maurienne: the world's #1 cycling area.
- Albiez Montrond - Col du mollard 15km or 25 min by car.
- La Toussuire and Le Corbier: access to the Sybelles ski area 16 km or 25 min. away.
- Valloire Col du Télégraphe and Col du Galibier: 30 km or 35 min by car.
- Saint François Longchamps: Col de la Madeleine 25 km or 35 min.
- Orelle Val Thorens: 25km or 25 min
