Very beautiful modern 2-Bed Apartment in Javea

Locatie: dicht langs een drukke weg, dat was jammer.

Hoewel de eigenaren veel privacy hebben gegeven, is het zwembad gelegen naast een grote glazen wand waarachter de eigenaren wonen. Dit geeft geen volledig gevoel van privacy.

Todo estaba bastante bien.

Quizás el horario de la piscina, pues haciendo calor apetecía darse un baño por la noche.

La amabilidad de los dueños, la casa de 10 y la piscina increíble poder disfrutar como si estuvieras en tu casa. También destacar la cercanía de comercios y de la playa. Nos ha encantado, volveremos a repetir. Hay pocas oportunidades así. De diez. Muchas gracias por dejarnos compartir estos días.

No lo sé, no me he parado a pensar en nada malo. Seguimos alucinando con la piscina.

Clean, modern, fully fitted with a good layout and private access. Use of owners pool at certain times who lives in main house above apartment.

Apartment was on a very busy road, so sitting out was noisy and not relaxing. We had problems with air conditioning which flooded bathroom floor and plumbing where shower and loo were not draining and had an unpleasant evening with drains being pumped, on top of daily issues with both issues. Which meant there was a lot of contact daily with onsite owner. These things were unfortunate, but spoilt the stay. The pool is outside owners lounge. It can be used from 10am to 8 pm. So it was nice to have, but we didn’t use it much as the times of use didn’t suit us. Location is a 30 min walk to get to beach, so you need a car. It did feel like we were on owners site. We left air con on by mistake one day and were advised by owner that he had a control system and could see we had.
