The house is situated in a coastal, hilly, wooded and residential area and at 3 km from El Arenal, Javea beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. Eine sehr schöne Villa, das die Sonne nicht den ganzen Tag auf der Poolterrasse steht empfanden wir eher als angenehm. Schon Ende Mai/Anfang Juni waren Temperatur und UV-Index so hoch das wir den Schatten als den besseren Platz gewählt haben. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft haben uns nicht gestört, da war eigentllich nur einer der manchmal gebellt hat. Pool und Aussenbereich sind sehr schön, viele schöne Blumen und Pflanzen.
Innen ist alles schön eingerichtet, die Küche sehr schön, Internet schnell, Betten bequem. Was will man mehr.
