Logement calme, confortable, propre et bien équipé. Très bien situé à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Facile d'accès pour ceux qui n'ont pas de véhicule, depuis la station "Quai Jean-Jacques Delorme" pour aller au Zoo de Beauval grâce à la Navette Ligne 51. Disponibilité et réactivité de l'hôte très appréciable.

Une très bonne adresse avec climatisation. Proche du Zoo.
Les casseroles et poêles Tefal devraient être changées même si beaucoup de locataires vont aux restaurant ;-) elles sont vraiment dégradées

Très bon emplacement et chambre de l’étage grande et très agréable.
Le canapé lit n’était pas très confortable car trop dur et pas suffisamment d’obscurité dans le salon. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de savon mains et gel douche à disposition. Une cafetière avec quelques dosettes à disposition aurait été appréciable ( plus personne n’utilise les filtres et on ne se déplace pas avec les filtres et le café moulu ).

Appartement très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. En plein centre de St Aignan et avec un parking gratuit à 2 pas.
