About this apartment rental
The Strandvilla Baabe 10 vacation apartment—“Herzmuschel”—is located in the very best spot in town, just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
The apartment spans two levels and is easily accessible via the airy staircase or the elevator. An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle and is included in the rental price.
As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll immediately notice the stylishly designed living/dining area with a top-of-the-line kitchen. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere and cozy warmth. A stereo system and Smart TV are also available for your use, along with games and books. From the dining table, you can look out to the Baltic Sea thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. On this level, you’ll find a bedroom with box-spring beds and plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Up the stairs, you’ll find two more stylishly furnished bedrooms with box-spring beds and TVs. One has been intentionally furnished with two single beds. In addition, a travel crib and a high chair are available for younger guests. A stair gate is installed for child safety. Highlights of this level definitely include the spacious bathroom with a tub, shower, and private sauna, as well as the sheltered rooftop terrace with a view over the spa facilities, across the beach promenade, and all the way to the Baltic Sea.
This property is considered allergy-friendly. Protective covers to reduce dust mites are available for mattresses, comforters, and pillows. The apartment is offered exclusively for smoke- and pet-free rentals. A vacuum cleaner with a special filter is provided.
Additional Information: A parking space is available to you free of charge in the underground garage. The clearance height is 1.95 m. - If you are arriving with a larger vehicle or a second vehicle, you can rent an outdoor parking space for 15 EUR per night, subject to availability. The property owners have arranged for the separate parking space rental through a local office.

The charming beach promenade, lined with cafes, restaurants, and small shops, runs just around the corner from the beach to the station of the “Rasender Roland,” Germany’s oldest narrow-gauge railway. The wide beach at Baabe is especially popular with families with small children. On this beach, where the water slopes gently into the sea, the “little ones” can splash around carefree while the “grown-ups” relax without a care in the world. On-site recreational activities: swimming, tennis, hiking, sailing, biking, fishing, horseback riding, golf, surfing, Nordic walking, and an indoor and water park.

Das Objekt und die Lage sind großartig! Wir waren schon mehrfach in verschiedenen Wohnungen hier. Diesmal war leider die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht okay. Sehr viel Staub überall… das geht sicher besser. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.
