es war erholungsurlaub und ganz Okay

Zentrale Lage, Parkplätze vorhanden, Größe der Wohnung,Fahrstuhl,Ausstattung

Kein Deutscher Fernsehsender und kein Radio in der Wohnung und das über Silvester. Die anderen Appartments hatten deutsche Sender. darüber waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Wir waren schon in Nachbarappartments , wo es besser war.

Wir kommen 3-4 mal im Jahr nach Swinemünde, meist in den Villa Park. Die Appartements sind schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und relativ zentral gelegen. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus und inklusive. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

nicht nur für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Apartment mit extra Schlafzimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. In den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Extra Kopfkissen und Bettdecken, wenn man es benötigt, sind auch vorhanden. Zur Promenade sind es ca. 5 min zu laufen. Sehr schön ist es, dass ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnanlage mit angeboten wird.

Da es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt, wäre es schön gewesen wenn ein Abtropfkorb für Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden gewesen wäre.

Polecam, ale dla zapewnienia gościom komfortu Właściciel winien zamontować siatki w oknach

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem, dobrze wyposażone w sprzęty domowe. Atutem jest położenie - blisko centrum, plaży a równocześnie wśród zieleni, ciche i spokojne. Dodatkowo taras i balkon. Jest telewizja satelitarna i dostęp do Internetu. Nie było również kłopotu z parkowaniem czy bezpiecznym przypięciem rowerów.

W mieszkaniu opisywanym jako apartament i kosztującym ok 150 EURO/dobę, położonym w wypełnionej zielenią - PEŁNEJ KOMARÓW okolicy, Właściciel powinien zapewnić siatki w oknach lub klimatyzację w mieszkaniu. Niestety jest kłopot z komarami w mieszkaniu.

Gelunger Aufenthalt , wir empfehlen das Appartement gerne weiter.

Sehr strandnah, alles da was man braucht. War sauber, alles hat funktioniert. 2 Balkone

Check in etwas umständlich. Toilette: man konnte nur schief auf Klo gehen. Die Dusche war sehr klein. Fernseher ging nicht oder wir haben es nicht hinbekommen. Mückennetze wären toll gewesen um abends mal das Fenster öffnen zu können. Schlafsofa war klein aber fein. Für eine kurze Dauer aushaltbar. Das Bett war allerdings sehr gemütlich:-) . Fahrstuhl nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Man musste immer erst eine Etage nach oben. Dadurch leider nicht ganz barrierefrei.

Mieszkanie super

Duże, jasne pokoje, filtry do ekspresu, przeróżne naczynia, wielki, przejściowy balkon ze stolikiem i sznurkami na pranie, parawany, dodatkowe ręczniki, prawie wszystko jest! Przy samym końcu promenady, do plaży blisko, do parku zdrojowego i wiatraka też. Parking jest, ale z wolnym miejscem czasem był problem. Przy budynku przystanek autobusowy.

Mieszkanie jest wynajmowane przez biuro, a klucze są do odbioru w centrum Świnoujścia 2 km od mieszkania. Na moje maile nie dostałam odpowiedzi. Czepiłabym się jeszcze kilku rzeczy w pokoju, ale to już pierdoły.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Sehr gute Lage mit Parkplatz in einem abgeschlossenen Objekt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bis auf Eierbecher war alles da was man braucht.

Toilette und Dusche sehr eng. Heizung funktioniert gerade so. Wir hatten alle Heizkörper auf Stufe 5 und es war gerade so erträglich.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen in Swinemünde

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Apartment mit super Ausstattung.

Gefallen hat uns nicht, dass wir die Räume aufgrund sehr niedriger Außentemperaturen und kaum bewohntem Haus - trotz Heizung - nicht warm bekommen haben.. Es war leider sehr kalt in den Räumen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, aber auch für uns sehr schmal.

Wir kommen gern wieder

Besonders gut hat uns die Ausstattung der Wohnung gefallen. Sie war Modern und es hat an nix gefehlt. Ebenfalls ist die Lage einfach Klasse, in 4 Minuten ist man an der Promenade und am Strand.

Das einzige Manko war eher ein "Luxusproblem", der TV war recht umständlich zu bedienen ansonsten war alles super.
