A good value for money stay next to a 5* resort

A nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. It has two convertible sofas and a lot of storage space. The building seems a bit dated, but everything works as it should. We were impressed by the soundproofing. The location is in a walkable distance from the beach and the main promenade.

We explicitly asked to have parking space and got a confirmation upfront, but uppon arrival, since reception is open only until 4 pm, we still had to negotiate everything from scratch with a security guard that didn't speak any English or German. He was more than willing to help though, so after a bit of handwaving we somehow managed. Parking is also possible on the street... with a bit of luck. The sofa beds are not the most comfortable, but for a single night after spending a day at the beach, it's fine.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich absolut traumhaft ausgestattet. Badewanne - Dusche - Waschmaschine - Trockner - eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer. Alles war da und konnte genutzt werden…

Leider funktionierte die Heizung im Obergeschoss nicht, was im Winter nicht so optimal war. Ich bin mir sicher, dass das behoben worden wäre. Da allerdings Silvester war, wussten wir nicht, wer der Ansprechpartner ist.

Es war einfach mehr als nur enttäuschend.

Es war nicht die von mir gebuchte Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, am/vorm Haus keinerlei Parkplatz, das Auto wurde halb im Wald abgestellt um erstmal die Wohnung zu finden, diese befand sich in einem Komplex mit mehreren Häusern. Wie oben schon erwähnt hatte ich eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gebucht, weil ich einen mehrfach behinderten Sohn habe, die Wohnung dort, war in der 5. Etage und mehr als spartanisch eingerichtet. 2 x Schlafcouch, 1 Minikommode mit TV, es gab keinen Couchtisch, lediglich einen Esstisch mit 4 verschiedenen Stühlen. Die Küchenzeile dürftig, wovon der Apothekerschrank nur mit Nachdruck zu schliessen war. Ich habe kein Bettzeug gesehen und ebenfalls keine Handtücher. Wir haben die Wohnung fluchtartig wieder verlassen, da wir keine Albträume haben wollten.

Fajny apartament w super lokalizacji. Blisko Promenady i Plaży. Przestronny jak na 30m2. Na parterze, balkon. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Stół, krzesła do zjedzenia posiłku. Łóżko wygodne. Duży plus, akceptacja zwierząt bez opłat. Chętnie wrócimy w przyszłym roku w to miejsce. Polecam.

Problem z darmowym parkowaniem. Znalezienie miejsca graniczy z cudem. Ale jest parking podziemny, dużo wolnych miejsc. Doba 50 zł, więc za dodatkową opłatą jest gdzie bezpiecznie trzymać auto.

Die Lage war gut. Umgebung war schön. Unternehmungen waren fast alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöner Strand.

Ausstattung der Wohnung: Möbel waren gut. Küchenutensilien waren zu wenig und teilweise alt und sehr abgenutzt; generell sehr unsauber. Spülmaschine war noch mit dreckigem Geschirr des Vormieters befüllt. Diese wurde daher von uns nicht genutzt. Wassertemperatur in den nutzbaren Badezimmern schwankte sehr stark; das Wasser wurde von jetzt auf gleich extrem heiß, so dass man sich fast verbrannte. Die Wohnung hatte drei Badezimmer, davon war eines gesperrt, so dass dieses nicht genutzt werden konnte. In einem weiteren Badezimmer war die Toilettenspülung defekt. Die Wohnung war sehr unsauber. Dicker Staub auf Ablage über dem Schlafzimmerbett. Sand in den Schubladen. Einer der Duschgriffe hing herunter. Mängel wurden sofort gemeldet, jedoch bis zur Abreise nicht beseitigt.
