Krótko ale fajnie !!!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Pokój trochę mały jak dla rodziny z dzieckiem (dorosłym). Po rozłożeniu kanapy nie było wolnej przestrzeni. Poza tym czystość i komfort bez zarzutów. Kuchenka mikrofalowa zajmuje prawie cały blat roboczy w kuchni ale można ją oczywiście schować :).

Mały pokój dla 3 osób. Kanapa rozkładana średniej jakości.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, 2 min von der promenade. Der schöne große Balkon lud zum verweilen ein. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem und das zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert.

Duże rozczarowanie po przyjeździe

Dość blisko do plaży, balkon

Niestety obiekt w rzeczywistości odbiegał bardzo od rzeczywistości, to jakby zupełnie inny pokój nie wspominając o łazience. Nie nazwalibyśmy go na pewno apartamentem, bo sporo odbiega od dzisiejszych standardów apartamentów. "Aneks kuchenny" mały, że ledwo można się pomieścić z czymkolwiek. Niestety czarę goryczy przelał permanentny problem z zaparkowaniem pojazdu oraz zacinający się zamek w drzwiach, gdzie ostatniego dnia nie można było wyjąć klucza z zamka przez co zmarnowaliśmy ponad 2 godziny czekając na montera ponieważ niekompetentna pani recepcjonistka nie wezwała go do dobrego obiektu, dopiero po drugiej interwencji pan recepcjonista nam pomógł.

Die Lage ist perfekt. 200m von der Promenade. Im Gebäude ist SPA-und Wellnessbereich vorhanden (Sauna und Whirlpool), Das Apartment ist modern; sehr sauber. Der Park in der Nähe.

die Kaffeemaschine ist veraltet. Ansonsten ist alles OK.

Pobyt był fantastyczny, miejsce idealne na wakacyjny wypoczynek

Apartament idealny na nasze potrzeby, czyściutki, ładny. Zaopatrzony w sprzęty zgodnie z opisem. Okna i balkon wychodziły na ogród, więc było uroczo, cicho i spokojnie. Obiekt 5 minut spacerem do plaży i promenady. Obsługa w dniu przyjazdu i wyjazdu wzorowa. Jeżeli wrócimy do Świnoujścia, zdecydowanie skorzystamy z tej samej oferty :)

Schweinemünde ist ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und zum Genießen. Der Strand ist wunderschön und lädt zur langen Spazie

Die Strandnähe ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Einfach wunderbar.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Küche unbrauchbar

Sehr gute Lage, netter Mitarbeiter

In der Küche fehlt: Ofen, Nudelsieb, scharfe Messer, Salz/Pfeffer, große (nicht völlig zerkratze) Pfanne, Abzugshaube, Platz.... Parkplatz muss vorher reserviert werden und kostet pro Tag 12€. Fernseher zu klein. Bett für zwei Personen viel zu klein.

Schön aber mit Abstriche

Tolle Lage, kleiner aber feiner Balkon.

Die Wohnung wäre prinzipiell gut, wäre da nicht der Zustand. Angefangen von den Badezimmermöbel wo sich der Lack bereits gelöst hat, bis hin zum gesamten Zustand der Wohnung. Man kann nicht sagen das sie schlecht ausgestattet ist, aber die Wohnung ist generell abgenutzt. Bei der Größe und dem Preis sollte man ein klein wenig mehr erwarten dürfen. Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten wie ein Toaster. Würde man der Wohnung einen neuen Anstrich verpassen und eventuell das eine oder andere Möbelstück austauschen, würde es den Wohnfühlfsktor deutlich nach oben treiben. So bleibt ein schöner Urlaub mit dem nicht ganz perfekten Ausgang der Erholung.

Obiekt jest dosyć mocno wyeksploatowany , dużo uszkodzonych rzeczy (żaluzje okienne, rozkładana kanapa, szafka łazienkowa, brudne-poobijane listwy przypodłogowe ) , tragicznie miękkie łóżko , wyposażenie kuchni to zlepek przypadkowo znalezionych przyborów z odzysku chyba Ogólnie mieszkanie na pierwszy rzut oka posprzątane , ale jednak jest to sprzątanie szybkie i po łebkach , czyli żeby tylko przetrzeć .

sehr günstige aber gut ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung nah am Strand

schöne, ruhige Lage in einer größeren Ferienanlage, Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, überall konnte entweder mit Karte oder in Euro bezahlt werden, sehr gute Ausstattung der kleine Küche, sehr saubere Unterkunft

entgegen der Angaben bei Booking kein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für jeden Gast (kostenpflichtige, überwachte Parkplätze befinden sich aber in geringer Entfernung).
