Perfect location and wonderful hotel!
The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a little uphill, but honestly, it’s worth every step! Walk uphill and you’re right in Taksim and the energy and craziness of the city centre. Walk downhill and you’re at Galataport, with its beautiful waterfront, shopping and restaurants.
The hotel is also incredibly accessible by public transport, making it very easy to get around Istanbul. You can walk to so many different places, and it’s only one stop to the ferry line to cross over to the Asian side of Istanbul.
The staff are super friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful.

We travelled with our two kids and the location of this property is perfect for exploring Istanbul. The rooms are spacious, breakfast was great and the staff were so welcoming and responsive in organising a transfer to and from the airport. Highly recommend. You won’t find better value for money.

The location is excellent. Closer to the ferries and Taksim square. The neighbourhood is very cute
There was a cigarette smoke smell in the corridors and in the hotel especially at night. It was very problematic for me

clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere of the property.
Nothing major. Overall, I had a good stay, but there is still some room for improvement in maintenance
