la posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal mare, con l'auto si raggiungono facilmente e in breve tempo le calette dell'Argentario, è ombreggiatissimo, silenzioso. Insomma per una vacanza in totale relax

migliorerei un pochino la pulizia. Forse l'appartamento è stato aperto nell'occasione e aveva un po' di odore di chiuso.

The location is excellent. A very peaceful ambience. Garden apartment was really pleasant to stay in, shady and surrounded by trees. Parking was easy, so was beach access.

Wish there were wifi! The beachside location makes it a bit damp overall – normal for the proximity to the sea. Also, no grill or oven - only stovetop.

The Argentario area is great - lots of day trip options, various beaches. The Gianella beach has about 40m of very shallow water, lots of different kinds of shells, great for small kids, but also for swimming further out. We had a ground level apartment with a backyard with trees - great for kids playing, keeping all the beach toys etc, two drying racks. Many chairs both inside and outside.

The distance from the beach is very deceiving. We chose this place precisely because of the closeness to the beach (small kids and one adult with minor mobility issues) - but our apartment was next to the road running along the lagoon, about 500m from the beach. It is a walk in the fenced off neighbourhood, not problematic by itself, but definitely not what was advertised. The other issue is the state of the place, unaired, very old smell, wardrobes with very strong products against moths, totally unusable. The pillows were stored inside, making them unusable as well ( luckily two were kept outside, but I recommend bringing your own. Plus we had to clean the dishes/kitchen before using ( but the bathroom and floors were clean)). I had read the reviews before and came with cleaning products, we are not squimish, go camping etc., but the smell was awful. Lots of metal bits in the walls - maybe from cut off heaters (?). Not a problem for us, but if our kids were about two years younger, there would have been several head bumps and cuts. The bunk bed had poor railing; we put the upper mattress on the floor. The king bed mattress was a total trampoline, headboards not properly attached.
