Awful experience

I have been travelling for my whole life but it was one of my worst travel experiences. The owner only texts in Italian and I didn’t understand a word. He asked me extra 10 euros per person for sheets and towels. It’s definitely against the booking policy. I had hours of trouble because the house is very far away from city Center and there is no parking available. I had to drive for hours because the owner didn’t give me any assistance about parking. The apartment is dirty full of hair. WiFi is not working.

Avoid if a bigger group of people

Nice terrace view, spacious bathroom, but not well equipped

AC remotes could not be found anywhere in the apartment. The Wi-Fi was really bad, almost not existing. So difficult to park there, and even when you want to park away from the building, the instructions they give you are inside the apartment and in Italian, which is not practical. You get only one pair of keys which serve to enter the building, unlock the elevator, enter the house, not practical for 5 people. The bed in the living room was awful, takes lots of space and other people can't go to the bathroom. Since you have to pay for both sheets and towels, people who did not pay didn't even get pillows nor covers, and that is not sheets, which is not OK.

Very good

Stylish and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with AC, kitchen and a balcony in an authentic Italian neighborhood. The old town and center of Sanremo is a short and scenic walk away.

Linen and towels were not included in the price. Parking was tricky as there wasn't a reserved spot for guests next to the building, but we managed to park at a nearby supermarket as instructed by the owner so everything worked out in the end.

Passable

I liked we had where to sleep at all. At least there is Wi-Fi internet. Good contact with the host, regarding the access to the room. We get instructions by WhatsApp. We had a washing machine.

We had to pay extra for linen and bath towels. It was mentioned only after I made a non-refundable payment. 5 euro per set. No parking place for you, you must be lucky to find one on the street. I found one on a next street, after cruising to the town again (streets are mostly one-way streets in this area). The linens weren't clean and had smell (or were washed with homemade soap). The TV remote control didn't work. Two AC's with one remote control. The shower was pouring water everywhere in the bathroom.

Incubo, schifo

Nulla, è stato il peggior alloggio della mia vita

Lunga lista: avvicinandoci allo stabile facevamo gincana tra escrementi di cane seguiti da un olezzo di pipì nauseabondo che proseguiva anche dentro al palazzo. Su ogni cuscino e sul letto capelli abbandonati che abbiamo dovuto rimuovere (vomito parte 2). Parcheggio: inferno di cristallo. Abbiamo trovato il primo posto disponibile a chilometri di distanza, in salita. Dulcis in fundo: avete mai sentito che se il check in è alle ore 10 devi lasciare necessariamente l'alloggio entro le 9.55 pena la morte!!!? Ebbene si, in questo alloggio è così! Noi, giunti a mezzanotte la notte precedente abbiamo ripostato fino alle 8.30 e mentre ci preparavamo alle 10 ci mancavano una quindicina di minuti per essere pronti, quando una signora delle pulizie (MICAELA) entra aprendo la porta (noi spogliati nella camera accanto ci rendiamo conto che non era entrato mio marito, chiedo chi è, lei torna dietro e bussa la porta - lasciando la porta aperta di 10 cm) e insiste di andare VIA SUBITO. Premesso che era il 31 dicembre.. giornata, forse, in cui si potrebbe essere più tolleranti con i viaggiatori o in generale con il prossimo. Dico che in 10 min saremo pronti, ma le sue proteste a gran voce mandando in agitazione l'intera famiglia. La proprietaria, via cell, informata dell'accaduto manifesta la stessa saccenza della goverante conclamando che noi clienti abbiamo torto e non abbiamo avuto rispetto della governante. JAMAIS ci tornerò mai mai più. Disastro!

Agradable para una noche

La ubicación es buena, 15/20 minutos caminando al centro.el apartamento en general bien.

Aunque estaba limpio en general, habia pelos en la ducha, y en el lavabo, que no es nada agradable, y otra cosa es que la ropa de cama y toallas son de pago.

Понравилась сама квартира в целом, белка , красивая . есть кондиционер, хотя практически им не пользовались в Санремо очень комфортная температура как оказалось, влажность совсем маленькая и ты не потеешь.. Узнали в последний день что можно спуститься в подъезде на первый этаж ,выйти в калитку и спуститься ниже 5 ступеней и немного пройти и ты на улице, не нужно ходить по лестнице которая левее соседнего дома, с кучей ступеней. рядом есть пиццерия работает с 18 до 22 ,и готовят вкусно и стоит недорого.. рекомендуем пицерию. Хозяин просил доплатить за постельное бельё и полотенца .. , но мы туристы бывалые , купили перед поездкой своё. Кровать оказалась мягкая удобная.. диван так же был неплохой, но скрипел, но это из-за конструкции.. КУпим себе такой же) только с ортопедическим матрасом) Посещали бесплатный пляж , пешком неспеша 16 минут прям с горы спустились . и немного левее порта он там , там большой пляж в том числе и бесплатный. По желанию можно взять лежак с зонтиком 7 +4 евро за день , или на пол дня немного дешевле. Многие туристы в том числе Итальянские лежали на своих покрывалах, со свими сиденьями, раскладушками. зонтиками.. есть раздевалка там . душ , туалет .

ВАй фай работал только у входной двери, или великолепно работал в самом подьезде, такое чувство что сам роутер стоял в соседнем помещении и отправлял сигнал на несколько квартир , на эту квартиру но и на соседнюю (ие) Так же не хватило кофеварки или кофемашины, даже капсульной . капсулы Европе особенно в Италии полным полно , пожалели что не взяли свою капсульную кофемашину из дома. мы любители хорошего кофе) Отсутствовал чайник как таковой, только кастрюлька и нечто похожее на турку .. Супруга сказала что не хватает зеркала в полный рост, для женщин это особенно важно..

Grazioso appartamento, dotato di comodità

Appartamento molto carino, proprio come in foto. Inoltre era abbastanza attrezzato e intendo anche condimenti vari, cose che di solito non ho trovato in altri posti. Poi massima disponibilità nella richiesta di prodotti mancanti come la carta igienica. Letto anche molto comodo, e il bagno spazioso.

Servirebbe solo un tappetino per la doccia.

L'appartement est très propre et très joli. Le lit est très confortable et il n'y a pas de bruit la nuit.

Nous avons eu la chance de trouver une place du parking juste en face, mais après avoir tourné pendant un moment.
