The owner is wery polite and friendly. Location is in the center of the town. For us it was a good stay for 3 nights.

It says that the apartment have a free parking, but actually it is a public parking and is wery hard to find a place. Maybe if you are very lucky you will find a place to park for free. The apartment is direct on the street, so it can be loud from cars and is not air-conditioned.

Parfait et accueillant

Nous sommes contents d’avoir choisi ce logement. Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants et on c’est sentit comme chez nous. Appartement très propre, bonne communication avec les hôtes. Tout est très fonctionnel. Situation parfaite on peut aller à pied en ville. Les hôtes nous on guidait pour trouver un place de parking, On recommande.

Séjour très agréable

La situation géographique de l’appartement est appréciable (à deux pas du marché couvert et du centre ville, pas très loins des plages à pieds). L’appartement était propre et agréable et l’hôte toujours disponible

Nous avons été surpris par la pression de l’eau qui était très basse (compliqué pour une fille de se laver les cheveux après une journée plage), il faudrait peut être effectuer un ajustement à ce niveau. Point de vigilance également sur les codes d’accès qui n’étaient pas donné avant notre arrivée ainsi que le mauvais code wifi dans le message automatique.

Bonne adresse

Près du centre ville, parking et supermarché à proximité immédiate. Appartement en rez de chaussée spacieux, calme et confortable. Linge et produits de toilettes fournis.

Le fait qu’on me demande par message privé de payer un supplément de 40€ si je voulais avoir la climatisation. Je suggère d’augmenter le prix et d’y inclure l’air conditionné.

casa molto carina che offre tutto quello che serve e vicina ai punti nevralgici

La casa e' veramente carina, ha tutto quello che serve, il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare la biancheria, saponi. La cucina funzionale con tutto quello che serve, l'unico inconveniente e' stato con la macchinetta del caffè che non funzionava e ha buttato fuori tutta l'acqua, l'ho riferito al proprietario che avrà sicuramente risolto il problema, sostituendo la macchinetta o mettendo una moka che e' la soluzione più semplice secondo me, e' stato molto carino scusandosi e offrendoci uno sconto sul prossimo soggiorno. L'appartamento e' vicino al centro, a pochi passi dal viale imperatrice, dal lungo mare e dal teatro Ariston, quindi come posizione e' buona, l'unico tasto dolente e' stato il parcheggio, accanto alla casa c'e' un parcheggio coperto custodito, che però essendo i giorni del Festival, era al completo, e ci hanno detto che le persone prenotano mesi prima, vicino a questo c'e' un parcheggio a pagamento aperto dove però il sabato fanno il mercato, quindi per la macchina e' stato un po' un problema. Spero che in altri periodi la situazione sia più tranquilla, ma direi che se ci torneremo (nel periodo del Festival) sarà meglio andare in treno :D
