The apartment is nice, cosy and has a fully equipped kitchen (which we appreciated as we love cooking) as well as a huuuge balcony/terrace with two tables, lots of chairs and a beautiful view to both the sea and the mountains. We checked in and out easily.
The location is in a less central area and as two young women we didn't always feel comfortable returning home late :( The walk from the sea is quite uphill and there's a very steep & high stairs to get to the apartment entrance so that won't do for someone with mobility issues. The small bedroom has a bed that isn't really fit for adults, keep that in mind.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, ben distribuite le stanze e ampio bagno. Molto gentile il signore che ci ha accolto
Posizione scomoda se l’obiettivo è stare in centro durante il soggiorno… ripida scala stretta per raggiungere il palazzo… all’interno c’è l’ascensore per raggiungere l’appartamento al quarto piano

Ми зупинялися у цих двокімнатних апартаментах і залишилися дуже задоволені. Квартира простора, затишна та добре обладнана всім необхідним для комфортного проживання: постіль, рушники, посуд, праска, фен — усе було під рукою. Розташування також дуже зручне: поруч ринок і супермаркети, а до моря можна дійти пішки за 15–20 хвилин. Гарне місце для відпочинку, рекомендуємо!

Das Essen, Meer, war sehr schön; Menschen dort sind im allgemeine sehr nett. Ausnahme=> siehe oben
1) Die Wohnung war ehrlich gesagt in Ordnung. 2) Die Schlüsselübergabe war auch sehr einfach aber ungewöhnlich: uns wurde gesagt wir sollen einfach den Schlüssen auf den Tisch legen und Tür zu machen. 3) Die Stadt Sanremo ist einfach wunderbar. Sehr gerne wieder dorthin.
1) keine Garage: jeden Tag mussten wir unglaublich lang für einen Parkplatz suchen. Unser auto wurde sogar abgeschleppt , weil wir unbewusst(wir verstehen nicht so gut die italienische Sprache) auf einen Parkplatz und sogar bezahlt haben, welcher als Markplatz verwendet werden musste. Als ich morgen früh ankam um wegzufahren, stellte ich fest unser auto wurde von der Polizei abgeschleppt; der Vorgang um das Auto wieder zu bekommen, war zwar unkompliziert , kostete uns aber viel Zeit, Nerven , Energie und Geld(ca. 200 Euro). 2) Kein direkter Ansprechpartner zugeordnet.

К сожалению эти апартаменты выглядели не так, как на фото. Было не убрано. Хочу, чтоб люди обратили внимания, что нет кондиционера, и в летний период там находиться совсем невозможно!мы даже раньше от туда уехали. И у меня есть подозрения, что там есть клопы, потому что каждую ночь чесались ноги. Владелец заставил нас ждать его где-то пол часа, может больше, хотя мы заранее ему сообщили о прибытии. Мы проехали две с половиной тысячи километров и были сильно разочарованы этим местом
То что было грязно, неухоженно, нет кондиционера. Квартира довольно старая

Nella descrizione non viene detto che la struttura è ubicata al 4 piano e per raggiungere l appartamento c’è una scalinata, niente di male se non fosse che con bambini e passeggini e’ veramente scomoda da raggiungere
