The flat is nice and quiet, view into a garden between houses. Therefore no loud noices from streets, very good sleep in the night. Flat is in 4th floor, with a lift which is small but ok for 2 people.
The location is very good, just on the old city and close to the sea. A good backer and some restaurants, partly with take away, are close by.
We were only short there for the lomon festival, did not cook in the flat, but once eate from chinese take away - nice because the kitchen was full with equipment and we could eat "at home".
Car parking is not included at the flat, because being in the city centre. There are a few parking houses close by, the price was OK for the weekend.
WLAN worked good.
There was a lot of aktuell tourist information papers for trips and events, and a city plan, prepared. Very nice and thinking for the guest! Nice lady renting out, good contact before and after the stay.

The location to the promenade.
Micheline was patient even though we were late due to traffic.
Treats in the kitchen.
The toilet in a separate room from the bathroom.
The bathroom heater was turned off. The small and old radiators gave off barely any heat.
The carnival price of 166 euros a night for a one bedroom apartment with a pull-out bed in the living room.

It’s location suited us well, being close to the beach and close to family. It was beautifully decorated throughout and the beds were very comfortable.
