Happy Ours Too features open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas where gathering the family to make the most of those vacation memories will be easy. Enjoy comfortable furnishings, island-themed beach décor, flatscreen TVs, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with recent updates, cable, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an updated kitchen for all your home-cooked beach meals.
Sleeping accommodations include a private primary king bedroom featuring an en suite bath with shower/tub combination and single vanity, a serene queen guest room, and a secondary guest room with twin bunk beds. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower and single vanity.

All around a good place. Close to the pool, short walk to the beach, great little community. There are not any restaurants/ shops within a reasonable walk but it is bikeable. The wifi is absolutely pitiful and cell service is spotty at best. It's a vacation, so that's ok but if you want to be able to check in with work stuff periodically or stream netflix for the kids, find a different house. 1998 AOL dial up is blazing fast comparatively. But the house is nice, management company was kind and responsive. If you don't care about connecting to the outside world, this is the perfect spot!

Great little beach cottage only a short walk from the sand (less than 5 minutes). We loved having the pool and hot tub right out the back door! We have stayed in the little community once before, and we loved both experiences. The house had one small maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly with a phone call to the property manager, who was very nice & helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

30A did not disappoint! This was a fantastic rental for our family of 5. It fit everyone comfortably, it was really clean and had enough basic toiletries to last a week. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The location is fantastic. It was nice to walk to the beach and come home and jump in the pool right off the back porch. There are no beach towels so remember to pack your own. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The house itself was sparse but clean - very basic. The cable television was a nightmare on all televisions. It was the TN/AL college football weekend and we were not pleased. Management did what they could - but could not fix until after our departure.
