Clean house with necessary items. porch furniture on the porch needs to be replaced and there were not chairs for the deck side table. Very convenient to the beach and friendly helpful staff.

Older townhouse in great location across from beach made for great morning and afternoon walks; amazing sunsets. Great to walk to Rosemary Beach area and easy drive to other beaches. Lots of construction going on in the neighborhood meant some noise, traffic and dust. Two-floor townhouse was perfect for our party of two and visitors. Beds were comfortable and had adjoining full bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Did not use extra bedroom that seemed like it was originally a back porch area. It was very warm in there and musty. Biggest complaint was dirt and other things (baby bottle top, etc) under beds and furniture. Upstairs area was open floor plan. Kitchen was nice with plenty of appliances that worked well, cutlery, dishes. There were no oven mitts but used folded kitchen towels. Living room had large glass table and comfortable couch. Back porch area was not useable. Furniture was very old and battered - paint/varnish peeling; dirty flat cushions. Hole in screen; table and floor covered in dust/sand. Front facing outside area was nice, but not private and chairs need replacing as they are all rusty. Had a great stay.
