About this villa rental
Enjoy beautiful sea views at Villa Can Baixo, located in Port de Sóller and surrounded by charming outdoor spaces and rustic interiors. This two-story, 112 m² house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and satellite TV. High chair and baby cot can be provided on request.
Outside, you’ll find a covered terrace, an open terrace, and a barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The pool (open May 1 to October 15) is shared with another property. You can also enjoy a lush garden, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, and an outdoor shower.
Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just an 8-minute drive (2.7 km) away. The nearest beach, Platja des Través, is only a 13-minute walk (1 km). Palma de Mallorca and its airport are a 36-minute drive (35.9 km).
There is parking for up to 5 cars on the property. The villa is in a rural setting at the foot of a mountain; access is via a paved uphill road.
Electricity consumption is included. Please use electrical appliances responsibly by switching them off when not needed or when leaving the house.

Ja, denn er ist einfach wunderbar.
Nein, denn das senkt die Wahrscheinlichkeit, selber einmal wieder buchen zu können.
Vor diesem Hintergrund sei vor allem auf den von uns "Caruso" getauften Hahn vom Nachbargrundstück hingewiesen.
Aber ansonsten?
