About this house rental
Enchanting Majorcan house with private pool in Sóller, in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains and with capacity for 6 people.
During the summer, you can refresh yourself in the 5m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m. It is surrounded by an artificial lawn area and four loungers where to bask in the sun. Enjoy a barbecue on the terrace with friends and family! The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around.
The rooms are distributed over two floors, including a nice sitting-dining area with satellite-TV and fireplace as well as kitchen with gas stove on the ground floor. Rustic furniture blends with modern equipment and we can still see the antique wooden beams. There's also a double bedroom with closet and a shower bath on the ground floor. A game room, two more bedrooms with a double bed, and a shower bath are on the first floor. One of these bedrooms comes with a wardrobe and all have A/C (mind that one air conditioning unit is mobile). If necessary, we supply a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, there's a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.
Sóller is a charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Sóller you can take the historical train and go to Palma de Mallorca - a wonderful journey passing green valleys, mountains and picturesque villages. Hiking enthusiasts find beautiful paths nearby, eg from Biniaraix to Cúber. The area is also ideal for cycling. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is offered for a cultural visit and stands out for La Seu Cathedral and Bellver Castle. In Sóller and Puerto de Sóller you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all needed amenities for an independent stay. The next sand beach is in Puerto de Sóller.

We returned from NZ after 4 years and loved this home just as much as the first time around. It's nice and close to the beach, hosts are so friendly (thanks for the welcome basket), and is perfect for kids. The house is beautifully finished and works so well for a family. Thank you for another great holiday here!

Can Sucre is a nice place for a family holiday. The bedrooms are very nice and it has good indoor space. The location is super, between Soller and the Port with many things to do in the area. The pool was slightly larger than expected and very safe with our toddler as it has a high edge. There where many mosquitoes outside the house, which did make us have our diners inside several evenings.

Loved Soller and Port de Soller. I recommend renting Vespas for the day and exploring the island. Also do a boat trip for 8hrs if possible, another great way to see the island from a different perspective. The villa was nice, was basically a place for us to sleep as we spent 98% of our time out and about. Check in/out was easy. Its an old house with an old house feel yo it, not my vibe but it was appealing to some of my friends. Overall good experience 7/10 for me.
